In Ohio to spend the holidays with family, our morning flight home was cancelled for the second time after our arrival at the airport. We sought a hotel with an airport shuttle and restaurants within walking distance; Check & check!.The staff were above & beyond kind and accommodating. The lobby and our room were very clean and the chaise and bed so comfortable. Excellent, warm hospitality - I felt as though I was in a far more expensive hotel!

The night clerk Angel is heavenly. She is the most helpful and compassionate person working at the front desk at a popular hotel chain that I've ever experienced.. She is obviously a hard worker because I see her running around the entire building a wheeling cartals, moving things around, amongst various other tasks that most people would never do on their shift for the rate of pay that most companies pay them. Whatever she gets paid is obviously not enough for the hard work she does. Show her she's appreciated and give her a good raise. Thank you.
