Fun loving owner, great location near Grand Place.

The minor details of the lobby and room were decadent. My room was so colorful and full of character. My window was right above the major pedestrian street, so it loud constantly, and the street light illuminates brightly right outside my window. The building is old so they’re were some small legged creatures in my bathroom. The tv didn’t work and I’ll never understand a hotel bathroom with no hooks to hang your towel.

This was not what I expected. The value I received for the price paid felt unfair. The place felt more like a museum of old items rather than a comfortable stay. I don’t think this is what someone looking to relax in a good, comfortable room would expect.

Ideal location with the city center in 5 minutes walking distance. It's a charming hotel with a unique interior. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and offer basic commodities. For the price and the location it's a nice deal, friendly staff included.

The location was perfect. You can’t ask more. Downside is room are small and not very clean. They have spent a lot on decoration and it is worth to watch. Loved every piece of collection. The feel of empire you will get. They have breakfast option with the stay, though not a lot of options but it’s OK.

Yes, the hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms are very clean, and the location is absolutely fantastic! The central station is just a 5-minute walk away, and all the main attractions are within easy reach. On the downside, I'd strongly advise bringing earplugs, as the soundproofing is quite poor – you can even hear the elevator.

The Hotel is very nice with their beautiful decorations like you are in a palace only i dont like the smell of my room. But it’s really nice there the breakfast is good

This is one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed at. We didn't have any issues with it. The staff are super friendly providing us a kettle of tea at night on request and the manager has a good sense of humour. The design and layout is beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is on few minutes walk to Grand palace, subway station and other attractions. It is constructed in Morocco styl.Offers breakfast as well. However, rooms are small and corridors are narrow.Rooms are slightly damp due to being old. Staff is very helping and welcoming.Good for photoshoots.

The hotel is very close to Brussels' Grand Place, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is available. Our room faced the main street, so it was quite noisy both in the morning and evening. It's also conveniently located near the train station.
