We mistakenly booked a twin bed room, and they have been kind to change it to double bed room. The hotel is in a good location, and overall would be good for the price you pay, But the moquette in our bedroom was dirty and gave off a bad smell, which is unacceptable, regardless of the hotel category.

Although the hotel is located away from the central area of Suzhou, it is situated in the waterfront development zone of Lake Tai, so there is nothing inconvenient about the location. There are also many restaurants nearby. However, the hotel’s breakfast was not very satisfying.

1. The reception services were good. Information were provided easily, efficiently and fast. 2. The hotel bedroom had: A. Dirty brown carpal stains. B. Dusty smelly walls and curtains. C. Big mosquitos 🦟 were flying in the hotel room even though there were insect repellent available in the room. D. The bathroom shower had brown dirty gunk mold. No proper cleanings if and scrubbing of the wall were done. E. The bedding pretty much clean and had no stains, but

It is a brand new hotel, nice and clean. But The breakfast hall is too small and crowded. It is definitely not sufficient for all the guests!
