Absolutely LOVED it!

The hotel staff were extremely helpful whenever I needed information. The complementary breakfast served in the mornings was a lifesaver and included in the cost of the room, not an add-on and with lots of choice, like scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pancakes, cereal, etc. The bed was very comfy and the 3rd floor room was very quiet. The water was nice and hot when taking a shower with lots of water pressure. The hotel room included a fridge, microwave oven, Keurig machine and a comfy couch. Bathroom included towels and all the little things like soap, shampoo, etc. This hotel is very close (About a $12 cab ride) to the Via Fortuna office complex. About a $45 cab ride from the airport. Room rate was reasonable considering I got a single king sized bed and a large room. The hotel room was very clean. Would highly recommend.

When we arrived after 3 o'clock we were told there was no TV or internet and not nicely. then we were not told that breakfast was from 6am to 9am on the weekends so we had to go across the street to eat breakfast. then the room was supposed to be handicap accesible but the shower was walkin with no hold bars or seating. the bed was so high that I had to find something to climb up on to get into it. Not enough towels in the bathroom either. I travel often and this location was not a good experience.

This hotel by far exceeded our expectations - we were very pleased at how clean everything was. Breakfast in the morning was great, warm and always enough. Location was a plus, right in the middle of Austin and San Antonio, TX - We would definitely stay here again and sharing our experience with our travel friends. Only bummer but not a biggie - as a Diamond guest no water or snacks or treats ( like other hotels do ) - ( we got in a little late, and a snack would of been great lol ) but we did ask the front desk girl if we can buy some water, and she gave us 2 bottles - so that was good :)

Everything went without a hitch! Room was clean and everything worked. Bathroom was better than most of the motels i have stayed at. Convenient breakfast every day that’s included with the room and has several choices. Beautiful indoor pool and fitness room. I’ll be back!

I stayed at this hotel due to personal emergency. The staff at the front desk, Angel, sandy, Mandy and Suzie were unbelievably amazing multiple times. They helped me so much with extending my stay and providing medical supplies when my boyfriend had a motorcycle accident. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfy. Those women truly restored my faith in stranger kindness. My life has fallen apart and they have been a godsend. Im planning to apply to work here. I want to work with people that are this wonderful to someone simply in need. The staff truly deserve a raise. My name is April Lopez and I stayed in room 115.
