Hotel Jaden Green

This is the first time I have encountered a hotel that does not provide bottled drinking water in the room!!! The tap water is very yellow and cannot be boiled for drinking. The bath water is not hot either. The window of the room is open to the aisle, and the order page does not indicate that it is an inner window! Very bad experience! The price-performance ratio is a mess

The hotel is very good, clean and sanitary. The key is that it is very close to the entrance of the scenic spot. The whole building has floor heating. It is not cold at all at night and I sleep very comfortably!

This hotel is one of the worst hotels on my trip to Xinjiang, and it directly affects my travel mood. The price of 850+ is the same as a rental house at 50 a night. First of all, the so-called villa area is basically an unfinished building. It is 1km away from the main location of the hotel. There is no car to pick up and drop off. I have to go there with my luggage. Then the road is not completely hardened, and it is full of mud on rainy days. The hygiene of the second hotel is even more shocking. The toilets are not as hygienic as the public toilets. You can clearly hear the sound of flushing the toilets and running water upstairs. There was also a hotel that cost 800+ per night and they didn’t even have mineral water. Then I asked if I could buy it from the front desk and said I would go out to buy it myself. It was about 1km away to buy water.

Not bad, it should be newly renovated, it is very convenient for three or four friends to travel together, clean and hygienic

The high price of the room rate during the peak season is understandable, but the hygiene is too poor, it's disgusting, the bed sheets are not changed, there is a smell of plaster, the melon seed shells and pepper peels on the ground are not swept clean, the pictures show that the bed sheets are wrinkled before sleeping, there are hairs, the washbasin leaks, it's really dirty and messy, the B&Bs in the scenic area are not much more expensive than this one, they are a hundred times better

1. There is no heating, which is inconsistent with the description on the official website and deceives consumers; 2. There is no hot water; 3. The power was cut off three times (5-10 minutes each time) from 23:20 to 24:00 when checking in; 4. The bed sheets are dirty and the pillows are yellow and dirty; 5. It does not meet fire safety requirements.

It feels like an unfinished building that has been cleaned up and put into use. The pipes in the toilet are also external. The road to the 39th floor at the back has not been repaired. The physical examination feels too bad.

After checking in at the hotel, we were told to navigate the 500 meters to the villa area by ourselves. But when we entered the room, we were shocked. It was so different from what was advertised online. The bedding and room facilities were extremely poor. It was like going back to a small rural hotel in the 1990s!

The villa area is very good, the air quality is very high👍, the room is fully equipped, and it is very convenient to the scenic area. The breakfast is very good, and the service attitude of the service staff is very good!
