Great location and clean rooms. We would like to thank the staff for their hospitability and kind manners in particular. It was silent at night we had a good night's sleep. We recommend Divan Bursa for any sort of trip.

I basically use Ctrip for business trips. It is very convenient and the service is also very good. If you encounter problems overseas, you can quickly get a reply from the customer service. The hotel is in good condition and the key is very convenient. There is a big supermarket downstairs. I will choose it next time on a business trip to meet my business needs. enough

Rooms are spacious, though door locks do not work plus there are no security chains (5108). No Fire escape plan on the door. Business Club Lounge does not serve Breakfast and dinner hot snacks are not a great selection. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Ms. Ayun in the breakfast Lounge is outstanding in her attitude towards service, stands out from the rest by miles !

Geçtiğimiz hafta tavsiye üzerine ilk defa gittim bu otelin spasına. Yaşadığım muhitte böyle güzel hizmet veren bir Spa merkezi olması güzel. Yurt içi, yurtdışı bir çok spa gördüm hepsinin kendine has bir konsepti var. Ama nedense burada hiç bir konsept yok ne müzik, ne tütsü kokusu hiç bir şey yok. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve tesis hakkında bilgi veren hanım hariç yüzü gülen kimse yok. Spa ambiyansı adına danışmanlık almanızı tavsiye ederim. Bunların hepsi geliştirilebilir ancak orada çalışanlara bağırıp duran elindeki eşyaları gözümüzün önünde sağa sola vuran Hanım orada çalışmaktan pek hoşnut değil gibi geldi bana. Ben spa ya rahatlamaya, stresimden arınmaya gelirken masaj odasına kadar gelen azarlama sesleri beni rahatsız etti. O kırmızı pantolonlu hanım orada oldukça da bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

There is room, while my wife's work is doing, I'm enjoying the pool, and I've preferred this place to half-priced hotels, but it was a complete failure. I couldn't get into the 26-grade pool after I had raised the body heat to 36 degrees and walked in the ice-like corridor. The staff had temperature measurements and asked him to measure it in particular. I did. It is secret in the details. It will be a great disappointment for those who go with the spa expectations. Also, the single-person bed we bought with a double bed came out and I experienced a great shock when we left bed while sleeping at night. The cleaning officer doesn't do her job well. The bathroom was stopping the soap of those before us. Also, it was salt pepper that she came in the dark morning and called to call the door and talk to her friends. I am very happy to remember The gentleman of the middle-aged man who serves breakfast was kind. This price is certainly not worth it. We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Tarihi 1946’ya dayanan bir hastane binasının günümüzde sağlıklı yaşam oteli olarak kullanılması çok güzel bir fikir olmuş. Milli parkların içerisindeki konumuyla doğayla iç içe. Giriş kapısında bizi karşılayan Görkem Bey ve Deniz Hanım’ın samimiyetiyle başlıyor her şey. Lobiye girince sizi muhteşem ötesi ferah bir ortam karşılıyor. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri sırasında tüm resepsiyon ekibinin ilgi ve alakasına hayran kaldık. Ferya Hanım, Damla Hanım, İrem Hanım, Duygu Hanım, Emre Bey, Cem Bey konaklamamızın başlangıcını nasıl güzelleştirdilerse sonunda onlarla vedalaşmak bizi bir miktar üzdü. Hepsine tüm emekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Odamızla ilgilenen kat şeflerine ve kat hizmetleri çalışanlarına da ayrıca teşekkür ederim, inanılmaz ilgili ve temizlik konusunda hassaslar. Sabah kahvaltısında ve akşam yemeğinde The Quarter restoranı kullandık. Sabah açık büfe kahvaltı mevcut. Çok çeşitli olmasının yanı sıra zencefil, pancar, kuzu kulağı shotlar hazırlanmıştı ve inanılmaz başarılılardı. Akşam yemeği konusunda ayrıca teşekkür etmek istediğim konular var. Ben çölyak hastası olduğumu belirttiğim anda herkes yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Pastahane ekibine ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ederim. Chef Mehmet Bey’in özel ilgi alakası için çok minnettar olduğumuda söylemeliyim. Garson arkadaşlarımız -başta İkbal, Berat ve Emir- insan ilişkileri çok güzel, bizimle ilgilenirken ve konuşurken gözlerinin içi parlıyordu resmen. Daha önce bu kadar keyif aldığım bir hizmete denk gelmedim. Ellerinize sağlık arkadaşlar. Gün içinde rahatlamak için kullandığımız spada buhar odası,hamam, sauna, kapalı havuz ve hava şartlarına rağmen dış alanda konumlandırılan bir sıcak havuz mevcut. Biz spayı kullandığımız süre inanılmaz keyif aldık. Bize spaya kadar hoş sohbeti ve içtenliğiyle eşlik eden Arda Bey’e tüm kalbimle teşekkür ederim. Spa müdürü ve çalışanlarının güleryüzü ve tatlı sohbetleri için bile gidilecek bir yer. Son olarak daha önce içtiğiniz tüm vitality kokteylleri ve detox sularını unutun. Gidin ve Ömercan Bey’in kendi tarifleriyle reçetelenmiş o müthiş kokteylleri deneyin. İşte o zaman ne demek istediğimi anlayacaksınız. Ellerine sağlık Ömer müthiştin. Ekip gibi ekip.

We were very pleased with breakfast, the comfort of the rooms and cleaning, the staff's interest and the facilities offered. They upgraded our room while entering, they took our requests into account and answered them immediately. A dan z ye is a complete comfort hotel. We definitely recommend.

The hotel is very beautiful. We thank you very much for your services. The stock exchange or when our way is down, we will stay. I recommend to everyone near the hotel that the largest OFF OF THE OFF is nearby 50% cheaper than the stores in the other OFF

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very calm during the week. We used the spa as if it was our own. There was no one. The staff is friendly but the rooms could be cleaner, the carpets were very dusty
