Above all, the check-in and check-out procedures were simple, so I was able to use the accommodation without wasting time even during a busy schedule, and the free Wi-Fi, large desk, and quiet environment made it the perfect condition for working. The partial ocean view allowed me to enjoy the scenery outside the window during my break time, and the large parking lot on the property made it very convenient to move around by car. There were restaurants, shopping malls, and cafes nearby, so it was easy to find a place to eat or have a simple meeting. Overall, it was a great value for money accommodation that satisfied both business and relaxation, so I would definitely visit again.

What else? It was clean, even though it was small. But the parking lot was cramped. I wouldn't even consider bringing a large SUV. Basements 2 through 4 were practically empty. The entrance to the second basement level was narrow. The parking lot was hell. Other than that, the location was about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach.
