This is a great place to explore Busan. Located right in front of Busan Station, KTX, SRT, subway, and taxis are always available. Suitable for travelers, business visits, friends, family, and couples. We clean thoroughly and change bedding daily to welcome our guests. Additionally, there are many famous local eateries nearby, such as pork soup and milmyeon, and it is very close to Nampo-dong and Yeongdo.
There is no elevator. (Please use the stairs.)
The entire accommodation process is non-face-to-face. Please communicate with the host via messenger or phone.
Due to the building's characteristics, the hot water usage per session is 50L. This allows for two quick showers or one long shower. It takes about 15-20 minutes to reheat the water. Please consider this when booking.
There may be external noise due to the building's characteristics. (3m earplugs provided.)
Quiet hours start at 11 PM.

Visited Busan for 3 days for a business trip. The guesthouse is right next to Busan station making it ideal for a short stay. The room was spacious with quite a lot of amenities.. best part was heated floors and blanket which gave a real cosy feel especially that my stay saw a very cold and rainy Busan. Decent breakfast was included in the package although I couldn’t make out how to operate the coffee machine. There is self check in via a code sent to you by the owner on WhatsApp/ KakaoTalk Although owners are not present at the property yet they respond quickly whenever there is an issue as I had once with the locking system. Only problem I could say would be for those who have heavy luggage as the hostel is on 4th floor and the premises doesn’t have a lift. All in all a nice place to stay if you are looking to stay in central Busan.

大件重裝行李請繞道
適合輕裝住宿者，旅館在3樓~5樓的樓沒電梯，如有大件行李的三思啊！全程無人接待，到旅館4樓可透過各聊天軟體取得入住房號及密碼。旅館提供自助式的早餐有麵包，雞蛋，牛奶，麥片，起司片...等，房內配有冰箱，洗衣機只有洗&脫功能無烘衣，需自備曬衣架

그냥 잠만 자려고 예약한 곳이라 큰 기대 없이 가기도 했고 2박 3일에 가격 치고 나름 싼 가격이라 진짜 딱 평범했어요.
시설은 뭐 무난한데 바닥에서 물이 나와서 깜짝 놀랐고 벽은 곰팡이에 불에 그을린 자국이 있어서 무서워서 바닥 장판은 켰다가 바로 끄긴 했지만 침대에 전기장판 있어서 나름 따듯하게 잤고 방음이 진짜 안되서 굉장히 시끄러워요. 그리고 침대는 1층 2층 다 써봤는데 1층은 2층에서 자는 사람이 움직이면 끼익끼익 소리에 너무 거슬리고 2층은 올라갔다 내려갔다가 약간 불편하고 자기가 움직이는 소리가 거슬리거 말고는 무난해요

宿泊施設の看板等がなく、見つけることが出来ませんでした。現地の親切な方が助けてくださり、探し回ってやっと見つけることが出来ました。受付にもどこにもスタッフはおらず、受付にある連絡先に自分が連絡して、部屋とパスワードを教えてもらい、入室しました。
