4 star hotel with 3 star service. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are big enough. Good air conditioning in the room. 1 room key card per room. They encoded their permanent room key cards with printed room numbers which is not very secure. If the card loses, anyone can enter your room. The cleaning staff didn't clean the room properly and lost some personal items. (have already informed the hotel reception and waiting for the delivery) Bathroom ventilation not working properly. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The breakfast doesn't have much choice and the buttet is 3 star level. (no fresh juices, no real coffee (just tasteless machine flaverd coffee) The receptionist at check-in and check-out was friendly and helpful. Night porter was not very helpful and not motivated. Welcoming your guests and being polite is a must when working at a front desk. The hotel is not good value for money although we extended our stay for another 2 nights due to personal issues and had to stay in the same area.

Really enjoyed everything lovely staff very clean and comfortable would highly recommend the Montessor . Breakfast was amazing with plenty choice and very fresh and great staff . Great gluten free options .

Perfect place and pleasent stay near Gards lake and other Parks atractions. Nearby good facilities as shops, restaurants and sport parks. Also very good choise of breakfast foods and perfections on reception stuff. Really good place for conference and excellent view to Bussolengo area.

A very good position for visiting Verona and arrounds. Very nice, clean and big rooms, comfortably. The staff was helpful specially on the reception desk. Enough parking places mfor free. There is also an underground park area if you need, by eztra pay.

We arrived at the hotel without a reservation and the receptionist went out of his way to get us a room for four and tickets to Gardaland. My wife and I had been to this wonderful 22 years ago, when we were still engaged.

Value hotel for money. Good breakfast. Service was great. Recepctionist nice and helpless. Sleaping comfortable. Big beds. Poor bathroom. Cleanliness can be better. Windows need cleaning from outside, because visibility is poor.

Check-in was very fast, a bus of elderly came in before us and left a long waiting line so we decided to grab a drink at the bar, but when we got our drink, the line was gone. We had a room on the 8th floor next to the elevator. Room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable but ... I am pretty sure there was a plastic under the sheets ... that's not cool. We don't pee in our bed, we are still pretty young vibrant people that feel when the need to pee is there. there was a plastic showercurtain in the bathtub. That is really outdated and gross. On the other hand, the pressure of the shower is to die for; I felt clean for the first time in days. You can have a 3 course meal voor 20 euros per person. That is very cheap. It tasted good, but the restaurant is like a canteen, so no ambiance. Breakfast for such a large and 4* hotel was disappointing. When we had breakfast around 07.30 AM there were 3 meat options, no cheese. It is very basic. The reason we had breakfast quite early was because the bus of elderly people had to be at the breakfast buffet at 07.00 AM and they were at the elevator at 6.45, yapping like they were in Studio 54, 45 years ago. The windows in the hotel are verrrry dirty. Staff is very friendly.

very well located, close to the Garda atrractions and Verona, value for money, very good service, great breakfast nice service for gluten free, comfortable rooms, only 2 elevators for 13 floors. will be back again
