Inner Hotel Rupit "Adults Only"

Friendly service clean and convinient room. Pool is also nice and maybe more importantly it is quiet since the hotel is adult only. One recomendation to the owner would be to increase the number of staff. Because sometimes the staff is running all over the place to get all the things done but simply there is noone in the reception or bar to give you some help or serve you a cocktail

This is a really lovely hotel. It was very clean throughout and the rooms were serviced every day. The location is perfect, right near all the restaurants, 5 mins from the beach and there is a Spar shop 1 minute away for essentials. We stayed in a double room with pool view on the second floor which had a good sized balcony with chairs, a desk, hairdryer and very good shower. The decor was modern and there was ample wardrobe space. The safe is included in the price of the room. Wi-Fi is also included and works really well. We found the hotel was really quiet and we slept well throughout. The pool area is lovely. It is small but perfect for the style of hotel and being adults only. There is no saving of sun beds and despite there only being a few, we never had trouble getting one. There’s also plenty of umbrellas. The pool itself is nice, a good temperature and there’s also a jacuzzi area which is a nice touch! Breakfast was lovely with so much selection for such a small hotel. The fresh pastries were really good, loads of fruit options and some hot items too - the scrambled eggs were really nice. They will also ask if you want fresh pancakes. My only real points of improvement come during breakfast in that the receptionist also seems to be the one clearing breakfast plates and so clearing is understandably slower than it should be and often outdoor tables were unavailable as the plates hadn’t been cleared from the last party sitting there. Also, they don’t have bowls available to pick up at breakfast and instead you have to ask for them if you want cereal - this again increases the workload of the one staff member; it would make much more sense to put the bowls out with the plates, cutlery etc. when setting tables. Other than this, the breakfast was really good and we’d definitely book bed and breakfast again. Just please get some breakfast staff to help out! :) Overall, a fab stay in a lovely small boutique hotel with very friendly staff. I would 100% come back!

Nice little hotel nice and peaceful very friendly staff and location is perfect.Just luck I guess that we had one of only 3 rooms that didn't have any outside space or balcony and if I'm honest I don't think I'd have booked it it only had had a juilet balcony so was forced to sit in the room.Good selection at breakfast my only gripe is that the sausage/bacon and fried eggs were always cold.They seemed to be on hot plates but they were never switched on.Lovely hotel though

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest two beaches (Cala Petita and Cala Gran) and less than 20 minutes walk to Cala Esmarelda. You’re nice and handy for the shops, bars and restaurants but it’s not too noisy in the evening. The hotel is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Cala Egos, Es Forti and Cala Mondrago (Mondrago National Park). The surroundings are simply beautiful! The hotel boasts friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and the option of a balcony view over the pool terrace. You can fill up on a delicious buffet breakfast in the morning, with a selection of fruit, meats and cheeses, pastries and cooked items. There’s also a cafe and bar in the hotel but I didn’t use those as I wanted to explore the town. Check in and check out were straightforward and the hotel will let you know about your transfers to the airport if you have booked those. I’d highly recommend this hotel - a bonus for me is that it’s adults only, so if you like more peace and quiet than children allow, it’s ideal for you!

Just returned from a week in Mallorca and stayed at hotel Rupid, what a lovely experience. This small, adult only hotel is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday in Cala D’or. Fantastic location in a quiet area, minutes from the centre of everything that is going on. The bedrooms are clean and freshly renovated although the soundproofing in not great! Beds are comfortable and rooms are serviced adequately. Breakfast is very good with a lovely choice of hot and cold foods, the hot food is not always as hot as you might like but that is just a small complaint because everything else is so good. The staff in this hotel are superb, nothing is too much trouble of any of them. They work very hard and they are always polite and pleasant. In our opinion they are the greatest asset of the hotel. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday and we will definitely stay again when we are next back in Cala D’or. Caroline and Paul

Rooms way too hot and won’t let us turn down air conditioning to bearable sleeping temperature even though it’s mid-September. Way above reasonable temperature for sleep and google confirms no longer necessary by government to have rooms this uncomfortably hot. Pool and rooms average and tiny

This hotel has a lot of positive reviews and this was shocking based on the bad experience myself and my partner had here. First of all, this hotel claims to have sound proofing room. This is not the case the walls were paper thin and we did not have a good nights sleep for the whole stay. Very misleading. Secondly the rooms were dirty and are not cleaned. The cleaner simply makes the bed and refreshes the towels. Floors are not mopped or hoovered. I suspect the hoover will make too much noise with the paper thin walls. The general cleanliness was poor with sand everywhere and even stained bed sheets. On our final night there was a lot of cigarette smoke in our bedroom. The balcony doors were fully secure but the smoke smell managed it way in and made it unbearable. On a positive note the breakfast was nice with good options and gluten free bread. The staff were also friendly but they seemed extremely stretched.

What a lovely small boutique style hotel. What makes it stand are the wonderful key staff who can't do enough for their guests. Got to mention names as they were so great - Celelia, Rafael, Marian, and the great cook who does such a breakfast Godfrey. The rooms are done to a high standard, great shower. Pool is fine for the size of the hotel, you will always find a sun lounge at any time, just turn up. Breakfast is marvellous, so much to choose from and again no need to rush down, aren't any queues - everything is relaxed and unhurried. We had an early departure and the left out sandwiches and croissants, water, fruit to take with us on the coach to the airport. And also we were able to use the coffee machine in the restaurant before we left. Hotel is central to everything, shop, Spar supermarket next door, beach 10 mins. If it's just you and partner, friend, spouse whatever or just want to get away solo - it's perfect, you just feel you are getting the best of everything here. And of course it's Adults only so it's quiet. If you want nightly entertainment - then probably go to one of the bigger hotels, we just wanted to relax. I can't recommend Rupit hotel highly enough.
