We first came to El Somni as a couples break in June 2022. We loved it so much we re booked to bring our family back in October. My children range from six years old to seventeen. We all had the best week at El Somni. All the staff (especially Anais) are exceptional and honestly made us feel like family. The hotel itself is immaculate and within steps you have a paradise beach, a swimming pool and wonderful restaurants. The bedrooms are beautiful and all have sea view rooms (although that is an understatm3nt as the views incredible and make you smile as soon as you wake up). The hotel also has a lovely wellness centre which was a beautiful extra perk to our break. We are about to leave for the airport now but honestly do not want to leave. We will definitely be back next year. I recommend booking the extra for breakfast included as it is a perfect start to your day. Thank you El Somni, you have helped making special memories that will last forever x love The Thompson family

Beautiful hotel with nice, clean room, great bed and fantastic view of the sea. Excellent breakfast with more than you could ever wish for. Very sweet, friendly staff. The only annoying thing is the constant loud housemusic being deejay-ed all day. Impossible to read a book at the beach.

Hotel rather well renovated and a magnificent view of the sea from the rooms. Unfortunately, the bar staff (breakfast and bar) is really not friendly and not professional. They are not smiling, they are not kind and this is noted in many comments on several platforms. It's really a shame because it lowers the hotel's rating and doesn't make you want to consume at the hotel. I have never seen such an atmosphere. Either there is an internal problem, or the management doesn't care about the comments but by doing nothing, the reputation of the hotel will go very badly. However, the reception staff is adorable and very professional. Suzanna at the pastry is really kind and professional. The breakfasts are very varied and everything is very good. A very beautiful buffet. I still recommend staying in this hotel but go consume outside the hotel to friendly staff. Unfortunately I put a bad note because we have not often been so badly received by staff. For information There are two very well rated places in the corner of the beach where we were super welcomed every time to eat or have a drink and where the food was excellent.

Just returned from this hotel and already talking about returning next year. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has been refurbished to the highest standard. We went bed and breakfast and found the food to be excellent, we also had a few snacks around the pool and thoroughly enjoyed them as well. One point to note the location itself may not be for everyone, the bay is very small with a couple of hotels and five or six eating places. This is not a location to go for those who want to be out late, I would also advise families with kids to think twice as there is very little to keep kids entertained. On the day we departed I managed to leave my phone in the hotel room (412) and did not realise this until we were halfway to the airport. I called reception who immediately sent someone to the room to recover it and within 10 minutes it was in a taxi on its way to meet me at the airport. Thanks to Tony the taxi driver in car 16 for finding me outside departures and thanks to the staff on reception who made this happen.

It is far from being a 5 stars hotel - more like a 3.5. The service and the friendliness was terrible. You never felt welcome. The only reason I would not give it a lower rating was because of the location of the hotel - on the beach. I would go back to the beach another time but would not stay at this hotel

We had a great Holiday in thuis new hotel: beautifull bay in the beautiful north of Ibiza. Great Food, Great Coctails, Great Friendly Staff and on the beach ! Prices of food and drinks are reasonable for such a 5 star hotel. Would really recommend!

The best hotel ever, haven’t seen such a good customer service in a long time! Staff were caring and on point, facilities were clean and just amazing, breakfast and restaurant food was wonderful! We will be definitely coming back!

The best hotel in the Cala San Vicent region. The reception staff is super friendly, the hotel reception & rooms are quite modern & new, and the proximity to the beach is wonderful. Only downside was the service at the restaurant. It is a bit inconsistent and our orders were not always correct but we still recommend this hotel!
