Tres bien placé dans Trouville, permet d’aller à la plage à pied rapidement.
Le personnel est tres gentil mais peu nombreux ce qui a engendré des problemes à l’arrivée et avec de nombreux clients.
L’hotel n’a ps la climatisation non plus.
La piscine est agréable et la terrasse pour bronzer aussi.
Cet hotel vaut le coup si vs obtenez un bon prix sinon allez ailleurs vous serez déçu.

Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town. Hotel has been done up, very clean. Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. Staff for check in and check out couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!!

Il est 17h45 et notre chambre n’était pas prête! Comment est ce possible ?!!!
Nous avons donc attendu 1h45 avant d’avoir notre chambre. ( qui n’est pas hyper propre )
Une fois notre chambre prête je cherche le téléphone pour contacter la réception, et je me rends compte qu’il n’y en a aucun ( et nous sommes donc dans un hôtel supposé être 4* 😂)
je sors donc de la chambre et demande à quelqu’un du personnel un fer à repasser,
Qui me dis d’aller moi même à la réception le chercher. ( service au top )
Je suis au septième étage j’ai attendu ma chambre 1h45 et on me demande de redescendre pour me fournir un fer repasser
Je comprends beaucoup mieux la note sur Google !
Le personnel est mauvais et n’a pas le sens du service
Je déconseille fortement !

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable and very neat. The swimming pool and its terrace are a haven of peace. The staff responded to all our requests as well as possible and demonstrated a very high quality of service. Perfect stay
