The hotel is fairly okay...The stuff were partly friendly. The breakfast menu was quite okay but i think they can do better by adding more variety..I did not like the fact that one of the days cups ran out so couldn't take coffee or tea.The rooms are small and cosy but very nice. Overall experience was awful as i had a fall out with one of the staff Members ( Thabiso) and the manager ( Thando ).....I had a parcel that i was expecting from Woolworths that did not come and upon trying to understand what transpired it didn't go well and i don't like the way they treated me as a guest.

Fantastic little spot in the heart of Cape Town! Close to everything you need including MyCiti bus transport. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the city for a holiday

A nice stay for the price. Staff was attentive and pleasant. A little out of the way, but good Uber access. I would stay here again.
