Ocean Park Appart Hotel

Good location in Ain Diab. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is oké but we prefer a traditional morroccan breakfast. Or a breakfast with vegetables or salade.

The room was beautiful and the pool very nice. The breakfast was good but we asked for an omelet 2 times and they gave us a very wet fried egg and after that a very wet scrambled egg, which we did not enjoy at all but the breakfast had enough other options so it was fine. The room was clean but the bathroom shower floor could be a bit more clean. The room had a stove and quite a big fridge with a small freezer. There was a microwave and water cooker. The location is good but the only downside is that you have to walk around a very long wall, even when there’s a short way to get from the hotel to the beach but you can not use it because it’s from a residence and you will get denied from going in. This is very annoying and time consuming. They should arrange something with the residence

Make up your mind if you are a hotel or a hotel apartment.. there were no utensils in the kitchenette for basic cooking/cleaning. The staff seemed uninterested in the needs of the guests.. nobody bothered to tell us that our breakfast was already paid for… basically we didn’t have any information at check-in. Location is good but my experience was horrible. At a point I just stopped complaining.

The apartment hotel is super nice. They were the only hotel that I was in that had a functional pool. My stay was nice, but I would say this place is great to stay at for relaxation. You definitely need a car because it is very far away from all the tourist attractions. The closest restaurant is a 15 minute walk away. It’s also located very deep into the Ain Diab so there aren’t many taxis around. Also, there is not much around. I was trying to find a place to buy water, and there were no stores around. It’s very much a residential area. I did feel safe walking around on my own though. Their breakfast was basic. If you have a lot of allergies, it might not be the best for you. The stuff on the menu was a bit pricey, but good. It’s not very soundproof, as I could hear a child crying next door and there was a fight that ensued in the dining area and I could hear it from across my room. Also, they say they have blackout curtains, but the curtains were still a bit see through so at times I felt uncomfortable getting changed as my room was right in front of the dining area, which was nice because I had a view of the pool, but still made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the staff are really nice and attentive, most of them spoke English, and the place was very well-kept. On the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but on the inside all of the rooms are very well renovated. I would stay here again to chill/relax.

We really enjoyed this great cute hotel. Right near the water front. Friendly staff willing to help with anything and everything. Near good restaurants and clubs, about a $7-10 US dollar cab ride from the hotel. Very clean, up dated and well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

I am writing this review while attempting to study in my suite despite almost constant construction noise in the hotel. I spoke to reception which only resulted in the noise changing from banging to drilling. I am here for a course over the weekend so did not need to be in the centre of Casablanca and this seemed perfect online. However, despite appearing close to the main road of Ain Daba beach. To get in and out on foot you need to navigate a rabbit warren of dark and dirty streets. Not a problem if you have a car but for me it's 15 minutes of walking just to get to a main road and flag a taxi. Despite these complaints the hotel is very modern and clean. The suite is immaculate (despite the noise), and the breakfast was excellent. I have another few nights so will likely edit this review, but in closing, if you have a car or are happy with lengthy walks then this is a great place to base yourself. Otherwise think carefully as you might regret your choice if you want a short walk for a coffee or bite to eat.

We enjoyed it! Kind and helpful stuff, clean rooms, value and money relation was reasonable! If you want to stay a bit further away from the Casablanca center and next to the Ocean. However, when you want to visit the sights and restaurants, it is necessary to travel by car :)
