Pros: the hotel staff is very helpful and accomodating. Pets allowed. Good location. Excellent cuisine. Cons: The hotel rooms were recently renovated, with modern “designer” feel, but absolutely not functional. Bathtub in the middle of the room looks cool, but would never get used when travelling witha family. No closer space, no drawers. And more expensive prices. Other usual 4* amenities such as coffee machinee, hot water kettle or room service not available. Reception operating only till 7:30pm, afterwards nobody picked up at the provided phone number. Swimming pool was quite cold. Also, there is a super loud bar across the street with music sometimes playing till 3am. Our vacation was quite ruined by this experience as our balcony was overlooking the bar.

I love this place. It is located close to the city center, but it is in a quiet area. Room: very big, confortable, amazing morning view, nice amenities. Bathroom: spacious enough, well equipped, lovely shades. Restaurant: we chose to eat at the hotem because I was told that they make the best pizza in Alto Adige. It really was AMAZING pizza. Would totally return there as soon as possible. Breakfast: fresh cheese and yogurt, a lot of juice options, very good coffee and the butter was out of this world!!! Very verg very good breakfast!! All in all, a very nice choice!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni io e la mia famiglia presso questo fantastico albergo. Struttura pulitissima, curata in ogni minimo particolare. Personale gentilissimo, pronto a risolvere ogni necessita. Dalle signore delle pulizie in camera ai camerieri del ristorante allo staff della reception. La spa molto carina e tenuta bene. Le camere stupende. Abbiamo goduto di una vista camera spettacolare. Colazione molto buona, ristorante a cena superlativo. Un ringraziamento speciale a Haidi e Amhed per la loro educazione, gentilezza disponibilità e professionalità.

Ho soggiornato a Natale,con la mia famiglia,una delusione in tutto. Un hotel a 4 stelle non deve mancare: Nella camera tripla superior telefono,frigor bar ( c’è ma vuoto),servizio cortesia nel bagno,e l’appoggia valigia,poi deve esserci un servizio ricevimento assicurato 16 ore su 24 più portierato notturno,nel locale bar dove è precisato che c’è, se c’è 16 ore al giorno (qui solo alla sera)e con aperitivo nemmeno un pezzo di pane secco)e la signora che è alla reception non serve al bar come ci è successo,postazione internet,cambio biancheria da bagno ogni giorno se utilizzata,interruttori di spegnimento e accensione tutti vicino al letto(ricordo ai titolari che i clienti sono in ferie)arredamenti opsoleto….Tutte queste cose mancano per la cifra pagata era il minimo.I proprietari dovrebbero leggere bene le mail che un cliente manda e non sottovalutare la cosa,sono tornata a casa con un po’ di problemi di allergia!

Sono stato in questo hotel per 4 notti!La camera era veramente grande, arredata in modo minimale con doccia aperta, vasca in camera e grandi finestre che offrivano una vista spettacolare sulle montagne innevate!Il cibo nelle cene è qualcosa di spettacolare oltre che buono è presentato in maniera superba!Buona colazione con prodotti tipici trentini!La SPA piccola ma a me va benissimo cosi!L idea di stare in sauna con 10 persone non mi va!Cosi con saune piccole c’è più intimità!Un ringraziamento alla sig Haidi che ci ha coccolato con la sua gentilezza nella sala ristorante!In complesso direi ottima qualità prezzo.Consigliato

Hotel posto lungo una strada di un paesino abbastanza prossimo a Vipiteno. Hotel interessante solo per Max 2 notti , privo di una sala di relax o di lettura prevede All ingresso solo di un bar che in verità offre ristorazione limitando qualsiasi svago serale. Camere piccole seppur moderne e pulite con doccia aperta sulla camera e priva di porta: vapori di doccia direttamente sul letto … Camere prive di telefono e senza alcun kit da bagno . Spa piccola con due saune al Max per 4 persone e un bagno turco freddo e privo di vapore. Corner ristoro senza alcun rifornimento quindi alle 16:00 non c è più tisana o succo fresco. Ristorante: grande gentilezza da parte delle cameriere ma il menu appare un tentativo sbagliato di fare cucina gourmet dove i piatti risultano quasi sempre slegati negli ingredienti e la quantità delle pietanze davvero limitata . Interessante la colazione ma solo per chi si appresta entro le 8:00, dopo questo orario non ci sono più paste e i vassoi con difficoltà vengono reintegrati .

Hotel molto bello e curato nei particolari, la camera pulita e con una vista bellissima, colazione con un buffet ricco e personale disponibile, buona anche la cena. Ho dato solo 3 pallini per l’area wellness in quanto l’acqua della piscina era molto fredda impossibile immergersi per l’idromassaggio, per noi è stata inutilizzabile, anche gli ambienti avevano una temperatura troppo bassa. Siamo resistiti il tempo di una sauna.

L’hotel è perfetto. Comodo a Vipiteno ed all’uscita dell’autostrada; la camera era enorme pulita ed impeccabile; il cibo sia a colazione che cena con la mezza pensione era superbo. La spa molto rilassante (unico suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di aumentare la temperatura della piscina, che risultava un pochino fredda). Il personale gentilissimo, cortese e sempre a disposizione. Hanno accettato la mia richiesta di fare una sorpresa al mio compagno per il suo compleanno e sono stati gentilissimi! Sorpresa super apprezzata Torneremo sicuramente
