It was only a quick overnight stay. Was walking distance from train station and palace.
Very efficient check in and helpful front desk staff.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Breakfast staff could have been more friendly.

The entrance of rhe hotel is very nice , but the rooms are very dissapointed very small and no hot water and water comes very slow in the shower

I think the rooms must have been renovated, as some reviews talk about dirt, etc, but our room was spotless and clearly newly done. It was spacious and the shower was huge, although the wall was made of glass so you could see the shower from the bedroom (room 109). Our son's room (110) didn't have a shower but an enormous bath, so I recommend specifying if you prefer a shower or bath. The breakfast was pretty basic, room for improvement, but the location is really excellent. You can leave your car in the subsidised car park and walk to the Reggia and to the town centre, so worth staying there for that alone.

Albergo situato molto vicino alla reggia, con parcheggio comodissimo, camera nello standard, dove la pulizia non manca. Colazione abbastanza ricca sia di dolce che salato. Infine voglio mettere in evidenza la cortesia e la disponibilità dei receptionist. Consigliato

Per lavoro , sono stato a Caserta qualche giorno fa , in questo hotel ubicato a circa 300 metri dalla stazione. La posizione è molto buona per chi deve viaggiare con treni e bus , VOTO 8 Ingresso e hall , carini ma molto bui , VOTO 7 Personale , alcuni molto gentili , altri molto meno , VOTO 6 Colazione discreta , VOTO 7.5 Camera con bagno piccolo e disposto molto male, VOTO 5 Ascensore rotto ( può capitare ) ma bisogna ripararlo SUBITO , VOTO 4 Da rivedere e migliorare diverse cose !

Grandissima delusione: 40 minuti per avere la camera che per 4 persone era angusta. Il lettino del bimbo di 2 anni era rotto, ha cigolato tutta la notte e per di più con biancheria incompleta (non aveva ne’ la federa del cuscino ne’ il copri materasso). La porta del bagno era rotta per cui non si chiudeva. I vetri delle finestre molto sporchi. Ho trovato capelli nel letto. Ce l’hanno venduta per una quadrupla ma mi riesce difficile capire dove avrebbero messo un secondo letto singolo. Sicuramente la camera dove abbiamo dormito non era da hotel 4 stelle così come pure la colazione niente di che. Non ci tornerei assolutamente!
