Travelodge Swansea Central

Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room. Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

Great location and good value. Car park nearby £5 for 24 hours Rooms clean with tv and bathroom Staff seemed pleasant

Decent accommodation in very good area, no onsite parking but multi-storey Car park with good capacity about 45 second walk away, £5 to park for 24 hours. Very good location. Food was standard, decent selection, friendly staff. Needed aircon in room. Noise from outside was audible.

This Travelodge was great! The location was prefect. It was easy to go everywhere in Swansea. The room was comfortable.We slept great. We upgraded and we'll worth it.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay at Travelodge Swansea City Centre. The Room, Staff and Receptionist were Perfect In Every Way and Absolutely Outstanding! Thank You so much for a lovely stay at your hotel!

The entrance was not clean Had to walk through a man smoking in the entrance Waited at check in as no one was there, could here someone talking on the phone behind reception but still no one came. Side door to reception opens woman walks right past me nothing said, she then does something on machine and then looks up at me stood the other end of reception. No apology for waiting or anything , I said we wanted to check in was asked if wanted 2 keys or one and if we had stayed here before and was told the key opened the door. That was the total welcome, very poor The lift was dirty, we had a super room, the soap dispenser in shower did not work. On coming back later that evening once again had to walk through a smoke filled entrance but this time it was 2 staff in uniform smoking and was the woman who checked us in I think its a disgrace that smoking is allowed in the entrance let alone by staff

This hotel was really good value, we had booked here so we could have a family day out, kids went to the water park, we had some food out and then had a great nights sleep, we only ate breakfast at the hotel and that was excellent value, special mention. To Kai at breakfast. He was so helpful, our room was lovel6 and clean
