3-Star Hotels in Cayo Santa Maria

This is our second time to this wonderful resort and it won’t be our last!! Upon arrival we were met by Yoel and Glendy two of the butlers who are absolutely amazing it was a new trial of check in and it was fantastic, relaxing with a cold beverage while the butlers checked each of us in. We were given a beautiful room with a view! Check in was so smooth and quick we were poolside in no time!! At the pool bar we were welcomed by Delvis and Armando two of the best! Gilberto and Hatchy the pool staff were always welcoming with a smile and a comfy lounge cushion! The next morning we were greeted by Dayan our butler and friend from a previous trip! He ensured we had a spot at the welcome back dinner along with friends we were travelling with( who were also repeat guest) despite being in different building! Dayan goes above and beyond at all times and always greets guest with a warm smile! We were oh so fortunate to have Glendy and Dayna as butlers the next day and they were very helpful with booking our spa cartes. We were treated like family by these amazing women! Beeping smiles all around. There were some shortages of certain foods but very sp****ly so, we always found something to eat. Jorge is an absolute gem and we enjoy his cooking and friendly service. There was one young gentleman that made an amazing paella at the beach hut my hubby still raves about! Sweet and attentive staff will keep us recommending and returning to this resort!!

My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The beauty of the property captivated me from the first minute and then when I saw its beach I fell totally in love. Even more so because the entertainment team accompanied us every day with many activities on the beach, in the pool and lobby to make our stay much more fun. They have differents events every day and beautiful shows every night with talented dancers. They treated us like family and made us feel at home, we are very grateful for that. The rooms are very beautiful and very good attention. The food was well prepared and met our expectations. If you want to enjoy the best coffee you can find it in the upper lobby of this facility. If you want to dance cuban rythms, also approach the animation team because they can teach you very well. At the hotel they also have some spectacular drinks that you can enjoy in various places. My experience was wonderful and I hope to return again very soon. I am very grateful with
