The hotel is relatively safe, the decoration is mainly black and white, clean and refreshing! Breakfast is all local food. There are many restaurants around, and there is a shopping mall across the street, which is convenient for shopping and eating!

Staff friendly and helpful - I was particularly impressed when Reception were able to quickly recover some clothes and other things that I'd forgotten in the room after I'd checked out. I hated the black ceilings and found the room and bathroom far too dark.

Breakfast staff not helpful, cutlery and milk not filled up and cold meat plates empty or mixed with fish. At night there were generators working outside of load shedding hours - not sure what that was for - very noisy.

It is always a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are having a great stay. Rooms as spacious and clean. Pillows are very comfy, which is rare in hotels. Well done!

Third time staying here in as many months. Staff were as professional as always, right down to the night auditor who was kind enough to create a new room card for me after returning back late without mine. Will return again soon, I’m sure.

Beautiful rooms, great location, food takes long and housekeeping only arrived after 14:00 when we arrived back in the room after putting “Make my room” sign on at 8:30. Very nice but I’m not sure if it’s worth the price.
