This time I lived in Atour, the front desk Xiaoliu's service was directly sealed! I have a lot of things. When I checked in, I asked if there was a quieter room, and then I asked about the surrounding attractions and food. Xiaoliu smiled throughout the whole process, not only arranged the room quickly, but also gave a super detailed play guide, the recommended snack bars are super authentic! After I checked in, I also tossed a variety of towels, and asked if I could help collect the courier. Every time I called, Xiaoliu responded quickly, there was no impatience, all problems were solved properly, and the efficiency was super high! I was afraid of trouble when I went out, and I ran into a reliable front desk like Xiaoliu, and the experience was directly full. Atour has such employees, it must be praised! Staying at the hotel in the future, Atour is definitely my first choice!

Booked 2 rooms . Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs . Unfortunately 1 of the rooms have a strong smoke smell despite it being a non smoking room. We were not able to change rooms as it was a full house . The staff tried all ways to help remove the smoke smell through a perfume spray and an incense . The location is very centralised . Will come back again

Good: Staff is super friendly and nice, definitely the best part of the stay. Hotel location is also quite good (although definitely not city center) and accessible from anywhere. Bad: Building quality isn’t very high, after only a couple of years from opening, it feels already old and the room had a rather large (visible through the torn wallpaper) hole in the wall. Overall I’d still say we had a good stay. Price wasn’t low, but the hotel was full, so that’s understandable.

The hotel is new, belonging to the type of slender business building with a podium. This type of hotel is generally a low-end Hanting hotel. It is the first time I see Atour opened here. The front desk service is very good, warm and polite. They gave breakfast, which is a good review, but did not upgrade the room type and gave a room at the end of the corridor. I don't know if the front desk staff is inexperienced or if they think male guests don't care. In general, the breakfast is better than Atour Hotel in Shenyang, but the rooms are worse than that in Shenyang. It has both merits and demerits.
