在五一前幾天入住，價格比較實惠，前台主動幫忙升級了帶外窗的家庭房，還贈送了早餐，房間挺乾淨，衞生間很大。商場很有山城氛圍感，年輕人打卡聖地，有各種小吃，禮品店，擼貓擼豬擼狗館，離長影博物館萬達廣場都很近。

我第一天住的那個套房，房間很大，我和老婆一起來的。優缺點都要説五顆星滿分吧。 優點： 1，便利 ★★★★★ 確實便利，地理位置就是紅旗街，各種商業設施配套娛樂一應俱全，而且酒店就鑲嵌在商場之中，對於吃喝玩樂，十分便利，有自己的停車場，住酒店是免費的，我是本地客户給提供了一台車自己開。 2，環境 ★★★★ 我第一晚上住的大套房，後面套房被訂出去我就又去了觀景房，兩個房的環境和設施都不錯，比較新。 3，衞生 ★★★★ 總體衞生還算不錯。 建議： 1，提升服務品質 ★ 前台給我打電話完全無法溝通，他根本不是秉持着客户服務的初衷去溝通客户完全就是應付自己的差事，一句話重複很多遍，完全不是為了處理和解決問題進行溝通，也絲毫沒有站在客户角度去思考和磋商，逼着我發火。 2，改善部分設施 ★★ ①其實價錢不菲，居然沒有智能馬桶，馬桶蓋子放下來也沒有阻尼，放下來一個不注意，咣噹一聲，晚上上個廁所放個馬桶蓋睡覺的直接被吵醒，建議用個好點的馬桶； ②空調不能製冷，這四月中旬的長春説實話室內還是有那麼一點點熱，我本來第二個晚上不想在這裏住，因為孩子要來玩為了方便，又住了一個晚上，結果半夜熱的我睡不着覺起來發個評論； ③沒有小夜燈，要麼全黑，要麼全亮，要麼頭頂上的大燈開着，照着你的眼睛，床邊上的枱燈完全就是擺設，你沒辦法單獨開啟，要麼就是全亮的情況下枱燈開枱燈（意義何在？），要麼就是頭頂射燈開起的情況下開枱燈（意義何在？），挺無語。 3，降低環境噪音 ★★ 接近十一二點的長春紅旗街道還算是比較安靜的，這可好，外邊不吵了，這觀景房的露台是鑲嵌在商場內部的，關上露台的門，熱的睡不着覺，打開門，凌晨的商場內部，搬運金屬台架，説話聊天的工人，修修補補的噪音，應有盡有是層出不窮，在整體安靜的情況下，顯得格外刺耳，嚴重影響睡眠質量，建議和商場溝通，既然晚上十點就歇業了，餘下的工作儘量控制噪音或者有時有晌，敲字之際已經是凌晨一點多，這工作人員也算是剛剛散去，金屬敲擊之聲，大聲談話知音扔是此起彼伏。 路過觀瞻的客商，此貼非機器人刷帖，乃我兩日住宿有感之言，體會淺薄，但鑿鑿之言句句屬實，望對諸公略有幫助。
