It is a excellent hotel, good location, easy access and really comfortable . Everything works well, gym, swimming pool, elevators and the breakfast is delicious.

The service staff at Changsha Tongcheng International Hotel has a very good attitude. The front desk clerk is enthusiastic and patient. The room attendant Peng Xiuhong is very serious and responsible in her work. She will find a way to solve any small problem in the room immediately. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, but there are few varieties of hot dishes for breakfast.

Close to Wuyi Square, convenient transportation, good location. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, good value for money. But the decoration in the room is quite old, which is obviously different from the current good hotels.

The room is spacious and it is very convenient to order delicious food from popular restaurants nearby. Front desk receptionist: White beauty, warm and nice. I didn't go swimming due to time constraints. I stay at Tongcheng many times every time I come to Changsha.

The facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is average, not up to the standard of a five-star hotel. Maybe it's because the team has a lot of orders, so there is no shortage of customers. I won't stay there again next time.
