選擇這家店之前,是先看了評論區.評論區褒貶不一,當然了,好與不好,必須親身體驗過才有發言權.第一,這家店的位置在世茂市區,對比世茂周邊的幾家酒店性價比比較高,130的價格還有早餐,我覺得可以了.第二,前台和客房的服務都很熱情,特別是4樓的田阿姨.我出門在外,很看重服務.第三,早餐雖然不能和星級酒店比,我覺得日常早餐完全夠了,特別是餐廳阿姨煮的麪條,非常好吃.第四,離高鐵也不遠.打車幾分鐘.下次還會再來.

首先，這個是一家酒店公寓，掛牌格林豪泰，大樓一層二層都不是酒店，酒店在三樓，刷卡進入，安全隱患明顯。
其次，2023年新裝修請看圖，浴室門壞的，沐浴露的盒子壞的，淋浴頭掛鈎壞的，掛不上的；電視機遙控器壞的，需要手動到電視機旁邊開關電視，電視機旁邊電線桿裸奔的，看圖；天花板翻皮的，窗户沒有紗窗，夏天蚊子滿天飛，外面是十幾個空調外機，吵死你沒商量。
最重要空調是中央空調，發動機壞的，睡覺吵死你，一個晚上沒有睡好。
這種酒店你敢住嗎？請認真考慮，資本家包裝一下就想換頭這種事請拿出設施和服務再説，不想講什麼其他的了

房間很不錯，新裝修的。性價比也高，又乾淨又便宜。地理位置超好，在世茂商圈，新市中心，世茂旁邊的其他酒店都太吵了，這家很安靜。服務也好。下次還來，推薦入住

我第一次住這個酒店，比大多數酒店乾淨，風格很不錯，隔音效果不錯，沒有雜音，停車有停車券，很方便，床很舒服，強，酒店位置導航直接開進去，方便出門。酒店服務態度很好，前台熱情周到 入住和退房快捷，我東西落下了，主動聯繫客人，幫忙郵寄，很貼心哦。酒店還提供免費雙份早餐，品種豐富，味道不錯，總之我對這家入住非常滿意。

地毯很臟，建議好好清洗一下。跟前台要一次性筷子也沒有，洗澡都沒有拖鞋。早餐到九點半，我九點過去，基本就剩幾個雞蛋和一點炒米飯了。
