房間很有特色，環境也很好，就是那個樓上浴缸爬的樓梯有點雞肋！酒店早餐和點菜都不咋滴！衞生間會下水防臭不行，晚上味比較大，環境一流，入住兩晚停水比較密集！可以改善一下飲食下次應該會來看螢火蟲（酒店表示歉意送了點本地綠殼蛋）

環境：在神泉谷景區內，環境確實不錯，景色很美空氣很好。
衞生：基礎衞生沒的説，關鍵是房間在山谷裏，但完全沒有那些小蟲蟲留在屋內。
設施：基本設施齊全，但熱水來得超級慢待改進，我是週五晚入住，週六一大早被嘈雜的機械聲吵醒，原來是還在施工，但是週六能否中午點再開工，這點酒店管理值得思考。酒店旁邊吃飯極不方便，晚上七點後要開車去縣城才有吃的，或者吃酒店方便麪。
服務：唯一值得給星的是老闆很熱情。其他的很坑：
1、既然知道木橋附近在施工，為什麼還要給我安排這旁邊的木屋。
2、買的套餐包含觀光車，但是我預約觀光車以後，等了四十分鐘沒見觀光車影子，期間打了不下五個電話催，最後直接退房走人了，我離開酒店時觀光車確實來了，我是生着氣離開酒店的。
3、本來就因為沒有觀光車而生氣退房走人，但還來問我房間內少了一瓶可樂的事，我沒喝，進去時就衹有一瓶，600多房間都住了，不會貪你一瓶可樂。客房管理待加強。

環境不錯，就是這個季節沒什麼水，外圍花海沒啥花，環境清凈適合露營。酒店房內設施都還可以，比較新。送了觀光車票隨便坐，景區很大。有水的季節來應該更漂亮。

服務太度好，酒店環境優美，環抱在公園中，特別睡在床上打開窗簾看外面彷彿是一幅水墨畫。總之，是家庭休閑和朋友聚會的好地方。今後再來，並推薦朋友們來享受！

鳥巢：一房一廳一衞，挺寬敞的。條件趕上星級酒店
衞生：設施都很新無異味，打掃很乾凈，酒店很貼心的配了一次性馬桶套很貼心。
服務：任何問題都可以打電話給前台，看見我們外出回來還特地把園區的燈都打開了
娛樂：淡季確實可玩性低一點，適合安靜欣賞風景，曬曬太陽，酒店大門往左開車，開開停停，一路都很美。晚上在客廳投屏看個電影。很適合過週末。夏天應該更有意思。打算夏天再去一次還可以燒烤。
唯一一個建議，空調有點吵了，建議改善一下 或者挑個不用空調的季節去吧

整體環境非常好，青山綠水都有，服務也很熱情，但仍舊不大推薦：
1. 熱水非常小，告訴前台説儘快解決，當天晚上稍微好一些，但第二天早上仍舊又不大行了；
2. 在浴室裏看到了小強；
3. 早餐質量和數量都不行。

酒店的環境特別好，設施也很完善，客服的態度也超級好，室內環境更是沒得説，衞生做的也很好，在酒店吃了晚飯，味道不錯，價格也很實惠，客服小姐姐還給升級了房間、雖然沒有看到螢火蟲，但帶孩子或者長者來這裏放鬆一下也很好，明年花期的時候再來玩
