Close to Lotte Mart Lotte Department Store nearby. The downtown area of Sangnam-dong is a walkable distance or a little walk to get on the bus The facilities are definitely clean because it is new, but the hair of the front guests remained in the spot, but it wasn't too much to worry about. The staff were friendly and kind. I think I will book without worrying about staying again next time.

Pros: Good water pressure. Good location of hotel. Lots of restaurants around Cons: The wedding hall is on the high floor, so the use of Elbe is not smooth at weekend wedding peak time. Wedding guests burst into Elbe at check-out time... The worst is breakfast. It was 7-9 o'clock operation time and I visited at 8 o'clock, and even if the customers with the tickets stood at the entrance, the staff just looked at and served. When I asked, I came and asked me to stand for 15 minutes because the order was pushed. Waiting? There are many empty seats, can't you sit and wait? I couldn't distinguish it, so I went to the hotel room and waited and came in 15 minutes. There were more than 50 seats in the empty seats, but the staff seemed to be a lack of Capa covering the order. If you can't respond to the number of staff and the number of customers, you can separate the seats that you can order rather than the suggestion to wait in the hotel room and reduce the inconvenience of moving to the remaining waiting seats. It looks more wise. So I waited in the hotel room for 15 minutes, and 2 menu materials were exhausted out of 5 menu. The staff was very kind. Bedding was soft. The location was good as it was near the general bus terminal, and the parking facilities were well equipped. It was nice to be able to use the print as a service.

It was more convenient than a 4-5 star hotel. Some places were tired because there was no bathtub, but I was sorry that I couldn't get a semi-body bath, and some places had to rent because there was no charger, but both were provided here. Wi-Fi is also convenient... However, I smelled a lot because I sprayed the febrizzes too much. I slept while continuing to ventilate, it rained at night and I only got cold ... (maybe it took ..) ... sensitive to the smell, so this was a star. I don't know if I will go again. ㅠ Still the price is cheap and good place.

Such a great place to stay! Love the huge room and space. My son loved the desk top computer while my brother and mg bf enjoyed watching netflix. It is clean and with complete tools inside. Hope to be back again ☺️

This hotel is great! Located in a quiet and beautiful area near a beautiful lake. Our room was nice and very clean with all necessary amenities. Excellent service and very helpful staff members. Wonderful breakfast in AM. My husband and myself enjoyed greatly our time in this hotel.

This is a newer hotel that is good for westerners in Changwon. Modern interior, but smaller front desk operation. The rooms have good ac and walk in shower. Smaller storage space. Breakfast can be included with the price. Good breakfast and coffee machine for me. Ask for a small omelette. I have stayed various places in Changwon and this is good, price conscious as well. The downtown area is closer to big stores for trip related items and many small downtown restaurants that are excellent, authentic.

Stayed on a trip with three adults, parents. The hotel was clean and soundproof. Tancheon next to the hotel gives you comfort, it is under construction across the street, but it is not noisy at all. There is a lot of parking space. I had a late night meal with a cup noodle and a drink I received while I checked in. The breakfast sandwich was delicious too. Quiet and comfortable ㆍ Recommended if you are looking for a fragile.
