酒店務非常好，入住當晚加送了瓶水，第二天原本一早退房，但走沒多久，車壞了，酒店又貼心的重新辦了入住，本應最晚下午2點退房，但車沒修好，孩子小，在酒店還沒醒，酒店又給延遲了一段時間，在外遇到困難，酒店服務貼心給力，在山西旅遊的一週，山西人給我留下了難忘的印象：善良，熱情，這是一次滿意之旅。
