房間是隔斷間，不是實牆，隔壁刷手機上、洗手間、關門都能讓人神經衰弱！衞生超級差，床頭都是灰！毛巾像狗啃加古董，地板用其他膠補起來的。跟其在平台上發佈的圖片相差太大了！！！而且不給換房！服務態度差！唯一好就是靠近青果巷近，其他的一無是處，連賓館都下如，還好意思説連鎖？？？

地段很不錯，周邊走走很方便。但酒店沒有獨立配備停車場，需要自行找付費停車位。
內部設施略顯陳舊，馬桶的按鈕是壞的，廊燈是壞的，按開關不亮，牙刷刷頭很硬，浴室的隔斷用的普通浴簾，水很容易濺出去，要注意防滑，房間煙味也未散盡，用的是中央空調。

圖片與實物不能説一模一樣，衹能説毫無相關，洗髮水沐浴露還放在截了一半的礦泉水瓶子裏，花灑是壞的，地板踩起來吱呀吱呀的，隔音特別特別差，浴巾也不乾淨，牆面也是破的，窗户關不起來，都是污垢，總之很無語

地理位置優越，離南大街不遠，交通還算便利，性價比還可以，老闆娘服務態度很好，但這家酒店其實衹能算賓館，訂的有窗的房間一進屋子一股下水道味兒，開窗也沒有用，最後換了幾間房終於一個味道稍微小一點的，電視一直沒有調試好，想看看新聞也沒有看成，總體來説臨時住一晚可以，長期出差或者旅行不太適合。
