Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

The navigation is accurate and you can reach the hotel entrance. There is a receptionist at the door to help open the door, and the attitude is very good! The check-in procedure is very fast ~ the attitude is good! I drove here with my family. When I arrived at night, I was shocked by the appearance of the hotel. The lights were bright and the Christmas tree was already decorated. It looked very nice. The overall decoration of the hotel was also very high-end. Sheraton is a hotel I have always liked. The day before check-in, the housekeeper Miss Zoe contacted me if I had any check-in needs. It was very considerate and helped me upgrade the room. It was great! This trip was very pleasant and the check-in experience was also very good!

This is an amazing hotel. Very well run and centrally located. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The stuff at the reception speak English and as a western traveler is very helpful. The breakfast selection is huge and very good. I will definitely stay back again!

Always love to stay here with my husband when we go to Changzhou North. I tried to explore and stay in other hotels, but always come back here. It has everything I need and want. It is also new and fancy and beautiful. I don’t feel like I’m wasting money, I feel like it’s worth it.

I stay here every time I come to Changzhou. The location is excellent and not far from the China Dinosaur Park. There are business districts in front and behind, including Global Harbor and Hanjiang Road Night Market, which are good for shopping. There is a bus stop outside. The price is moderate, and compared with chain hotels, it still has a certain taste. It is relatively quiet and the sound insulation effect is OK. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and tastes good.

The hotel is great. The service attitude of the housekeeper, the front desk and the uncle in the swimming pool are very good. The room is very big. I give it 120 points for the check-in feeling! The child originally wanted to come to the Dinosaur Park. After checking in, he said, ”I came to Changzhou to stay in a hotel, not to the Dinosaur Park.” You can imagine how satisfied he is with the hotel! ! I came to Changzhou 4 times this year and stayed in this hotel all the time... As a five-star hotel, the price-performance ratio is really super high! ! Manual thumbs up!

Another fantastic visit. This has been my 3rd trip in 6 weeks. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Fantastic friendly and professional staff to the delicious international cuisine to the beautiful rooms and maid service. I will be back for more stays. 👍😁

The star-rated hotels of the past were still great. Now those fast-fitting trendy hotels are all rubbish. These old-brand star-rated hotels have a very high cost-performance ratio and high-end service. Especially the breakfast here, which is great!
