性價比極高，公寓新，設備好，很現代，乾淨衞生，服務很好，管理先進，大落地窗真漂亮！
就在韓江邊，景色好，離古城和廣濟橋都不運，潮州菜很好吃。

位置不錯，首先是房間很理想，兩張大床，落地式大窗，風景也不錯，也很安靜，房間也很乾凈衞生，配有乾濕拖鞋、一次性毛巾、洗衣液、洗漱用品均有，還有小禮品，入住時大廳也有服務員對接，服務很好，這個地方離景區也僅一橋之隔，在住所前面幾分種步行就可以到開元寺泰佛殿，周邊吃的也蠻多，而且與五星皇冠同一幢樓，非常值得推薦入住

酒店環境整體看起來高大上，大堂進去感覺很氣派，有一個免費停車場。管家服務友好熱情，早上約定時間送早餐到房間，早點還熱騰騰。品種不多但很精細，比外麪茶點還好吃。下次出差就住燦興輕夢公寓，必須五星好評。

跟五星皇冠酒店同幢樓，環境很好👍有免費停車場，管家服務態度很好，有求必應，退房後還能免費寄存行李。房間是智能控制，乾淨衞生，晚上能看燈光秀，離古城各個景點很近，早餐好吃，還配有各款潮州小食，下次還會介紹朋友來住
