Stayed at hung cuong hotel for 8 nights. My feedback during the stay as below.
Positive feeedback:
1. Clean Room
2. All the facilities in the room well maintained
3. Beautiful Bathroom
4. Comfortable bed and pillow.
5. Bottle water provided daily
Negative feedback:
1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room)
2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person
3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures.
4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.
5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door.

We hired 3 x room, 2 of the front rooms was quite noise and smell of food from street vendors from 5am. However, the hotel deserves a good pass mark for the effort it put on, in overall.

Good location, convenient walking distance for food. Room is big and clean but super noisy traffic all day and night. You can also hear your neighbors when they closed door and talking outside. Cannot sleep.
Improvement for property: Install double pane doors and windows to prevent traffic noise and people talking, then this hotel would be a great place to stay.

First, the customer service is terrible (there is no welcome smile since check in till check out). Hotel is sharing with a shipping and transportation company hence it's very noisy and messy. There are lots of street beggars around the hotel causing a very unsafe feelings every time I go out. Elevator is not working hence I have to using the stairs from 5th floor. In general, it's terrible mistake to stay at this hotel. Luckily, I only stay one night and it's already a nightmare.

Je voyage en Asie régulièrement depuis 12 ans, c’est mon deuxième séjour au Vietnam et je dois dire que c’est le plus mauvais service que j’ai expérimenté dans un hôtel ! Sur les deux personnes à l’accueil, aucune ne parle l’anglais ! Le matelas de lit est dure comme une planche ! Le petit-déjeuner est sans goût et plus que sommaire ! Et comble du tout, c’est la première fois, que j’expérimente que ma chambre n’est pas nettoyée ni rangée après une nuit ! En résumé, malgré le prix qui peut sembler attractif, ainsi que les photos prometteuses, ÉVITEZ absolument cet hôtel lors de votre séjour à Chau Doc.
