Extreme cleanliness, automated bidet and heated toilet bowl like those you see in Japan, and the automated blackout curtains and sheer curtains were a great touch. I particularly appreciated the free first found of the minibar which I used, and my package included some high tea and supper, which I chose not to use because I wanted to eat in the city. Too many inconveniences in this hotel, sadly. The included breakfast is very disappointing, same quality as a cheap street food stall. Then the in-house restaurant is overpriced with small portions. Really feels like they cut corners wherever they can on the food front. The lights didn't properly illuminate our bathroom, nor the bedroom, and the light switches are inconveniently designed. The aircon in the room was noisy and ineffective. Our windows faced a giant concrete wall of the adjacent building, so no view. The gym is tiny, just a treadmill and some free weights right next to it. Our sink leaked all over the floor on the first night, which was thankfully fixed the next day. The staff are friendly enough and the hotel has a cool style, and we really wanted to like the place, but overall this was just an unsatisfying experience to be honest.
