第一，空調面板對着床，亮了一晚上，經理你自己去睡一晚，睡得着不？
第二，十一點五十就打電話催我退房，十二點來敲門退房，我是着急走，不用催我；
第三，真的沒見過開門直接擋住過道的，經理你來試試方便不？
第四，要個刮鬍刀，都退房了都沒拿過來

半夜兩點小機器人送外賣送錯直接按我的門鈴，我給客服打電話讓把機器人領走，半天不來人機器人走按我門鈴兩次，一個女生自己住我差點嚇死。被機器人吵醒以後再也睡不着了，隔壁隔音巨差就像在我的客廳裏蹦迪，我又給客服打電話讓他們幫忙勸導，勸導失敗繼續打架，這屋子隔音太差 住的人素質也差半夜聊天聲音無比大，以前覺得全季是品質保證，貴點也沒事。以後再也不會選全季了。很差！！聲音我錄視頻了，如視頻。太無語了真的

服務：最讓我生氣的就是這個！服務！太差了，前台好像完全沒有經過專業的培訓就直接上崗。
❶入住當天已經快晚上12點了，到房間打電話説房間給錯了讓我們下來換房間，我們拿着行李下來準備換房間，又説沒錯，還是原來的房間！我們也有跟他們計較，都不容易也沒什麼。
❷入住時候洗的衣服，明明標簽上面寫的洗完烘乾了疊好掛好給送過來，第二天就直接放在臟衣籃給送上來的，全是皺巴巴
❸因為今天的一些行程要遲一些退房，詢問前台能不能延到下午4點，前台説正常是12點退房，最多能延到2點。亞朵輕居都能你們為什麼不能？不能就不能吧，我們花錢續了一個4個小時的鐘點房，而且説了房間裏有人在休息，不要打擾，為什麼到了2點打電話要求退房？結果是因為你們前台員工沒有對接好，那你們前台是在幹什麼？為什麼沒有對接好？
總體來説房間的環境衞生房型都還可以，就是服務讓我們非常非常不滿意！你們的定價比亞朵都高，就這服務實在是太讓人失望了！！！！！在東郊記憶亞朵比你們便宜，位置比你們好，環境衞生都不差，退房時間比你們晚！最重要是服務！！！！看看人家亞朵，再看看你們！！！以後不會選擇全季了，最起碼在東郊記憶不會再住全季了！！！！！

好不好，不是缺我一個評價。我們住了兩天，雖然沒讓打掃衞生，但是最起碼拖鞋得送吧，空調沒有遙控器，晚上一會冷一會熱，半夜還得起床去調整。我訂的大床房不含早，但是前台一直説要辦會員，説早餐特別豐盛，然後説比我原先付款的684，衹多交47元。一通操作，我辦好入住，去吃早餐，真的好一個豐盛，沒有純凈水，吃的寥寥無幾。我們也沒吃，然後不想住了，讓退會員，一個短髮的女的，先説退不了99，過了一會，又説可以退，但是要五到七天，這個時候我看大床房顯示沒有了，我説我不住了，你全退了，就去收拾行李。因為前面我已經把床品東西都放置好了，大概半個多小時，她又來了，又説帶我去看大床房，我説我不去，我説我不折騰了，她又一通算，最後説我交的一晚348，再交290，就可以了。我當時真被她玩弄於手掌，沒反應過來。真夠有意思，最後算下來，還是731。沒想到，怎麼這麼一副耍陰的嘴臉。好好去培訓前台吧，昨晚就有人吵架，電梯壞了，四樓我們爬上去的，玩了一天，誰他媽有力氣還爬樓啊，前台都不吭聲
