The hotel stay was fantastic. The room was nice and the service was good. However, the sauna, steambath and bubble bath didn’t work and the gym was a bit average. Overall, it was a good stay.

Excellent hotel. Great location, great service. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Good place to stay in Chengdu

The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended, quiet, clean and suitable for a business lunch. I stayed in this hotel for the second time and will return again.

Bring two children to Chengdu for fun. This family room is the first choice. The hotel furnishings look a bit old, but the hygiene is OK. It is relatively clean. It is surrounded by residential areas and is very quiet during the day and night. There is an underground garage for convenient parking. There is a street a few hundred meters away, which is full of food. It is quite convenient. There is a park opposite. Overall, it is good.

Because I am sensitive to sound, the front desk specially changed my room twice. Moreover, my check-in time was late, and the front desk also kept solving problems for me. The overall experience was good, but I still recommend that the hotel increase staff during holidays, otherwise the staff will seem too busy.
