房屋乾淨整潔，房屋裝飾、傢俱配套舒適方便，又有美感，入住有家的感覺。房東熱情專業，入住前指引做得非常不錯，到達過程流暢。特別要提出的是我們因為行程改變提前結束了入住，時間倉促，房東給予了充分的理解，非常感謝！是一次非常愉快的民俗體驗。

房子在一樓，小區非常安靜，房間面積大，衞生非常乾淨，房東小姐姐熱情回覆及時。出入很方便，附近有茶店子和花照壁兩個地鐵站，打車也很容易
