The hotel is conveniently located right next to Chengdu East Railway Station, with very easy access via an underground passage directly from the high-speed train. The guest relations manager provided excellent service and even offered me two days of complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of options, and the taste was decent. It's a good choice for travelers. The only minor drawback was the noise from the street traffic downstairs.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and its location, just a 5-minute walk from Chengdu East Railway Station, is incredibly convenient. As always, the hotel was very comfortable. The butler was incredibly attentive; he even messaged me beforehand to confirm the room arrangements, upgraded my room, and sent some complimentary fruit. The room offered a great, open view, perfect for overlooking Chengdu's night skyline. The smart partitioning between the bathroom and the main sleeping area was also a huge plus, as it meant I didn't have to worry about the light disturbing my companion if I needed to use the restroom at night. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay. Very convenient location nearby the Railway station that you could reach directly via floor B2. The view was stunning as we had a room on the 36th floor. Beds were a bit hard, but the room was very quiet and we slept well. You have to wear a hat in the swimming pool (68y per hat) and the gym was well-equipped.

Surprisingly good! I initially chose this hotel for its convenient location right next to the East Station and its 5-star rating, but the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The bed and pillows, in particular, were incredibly comfortable. The pillows were actually the best I've experienced in the nearly ten hotels I've stayed at over the past few months, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Despite the hotel being an older establishment, it must have undergone a recent renovation as the interior decor doesn't feel dated at all. I also really appreciated the European-style design. The bathtub was exceptionally spacious, making for a very relaxing soak. The service was exceptional. A customer service representative called me in advance to help secure my reservation and even upgraded my room. They also provided welcome fruits and handmade cookies, which was a lovely touch and made me feel truly valued.

The hotel was a comfortable stay. Rooms were big, ceiling is high and the view from the 40th floor was quite pretty! The buffet breakfast had an extensive selection of both asian and western food. For anyone catching the train from Chengdu East hogh speed rail station, the hotel is just one road (5-7min) walk from the hotel!! Couldn't be more convenient!

When traveling with kids, easy and convenient transportation is always a top priority. This hotel boasts an excellent location, and the service was incredibly patient and attentive. The front desk even helped me with a late check-out until 3 PM as I had a flight to catch. My stay was very pleasant. On my recent trip to Chengdu, we stayed in a Luxury King Room at Dragon Dream Hotel Chengdu, and the experience was truly exceptional! Upon entering the room, I was immediately drawn to the massive 2x2 meter super king-size bed. The mattress had the perfect balance of softness and firmness; lying on it felt like being gently cradled by clouds. The comfort level was off the charts, ensuring even a light sleeper like me had a perfect night's rest. The room, spanning a generous 50 square meters, felt incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out layout, never feeling cramped. To the left upon entering, there was a wardrobe, a shoe-changing stool, and a mini-bar. A thoughtful touch was the small refrigerator, perfect for keeping drinks chilled. To the right was a vanity area with a dry/wet separation design, and the standalone bathtub was very large. After a tiring day of exploring, a hot soak in the tub completely melted away all my fatigue. Although the bathroom wasn't huge, it was fully equipped. The smart toilet was very comfortable to use, and the large mirror even had a heating function, preventing it from fogging up during showers – every detail was perfectly considered. The room's natural lighting and views were absolutely stunning, thanks to a full-wall, floor-to-ceiling window. During the day, sunlight streamed in unobstructed, making the entire room bright and airy. On clear days, we could even gaze at the distant, rolling mountains, offering panoramic views of both the bustling city and beautiful natural scenery. In the evenings, the room offered dazzling views of Chengdu's city lights, with the sparkling lights creating an incredibly captivating ambiance. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was excellent; with the windows closed, all outside noise was instantly blocked out, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and private space. The hotel's location right next to Chengdu East Railway Station was just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. Whether traveling by high-speed rail or taking Metro Line 2 or Line 7 to various attractions downtown, it was all very easy. The surrounding area also boasts numerous dining options and shopping malls, providing a one-stop solution for food, entertainment, and leisure. I was equally impressed by the hotel's service. From the warm welcome by the front desk staff during check-in to their prompt response whenever we had requests, I felt a genuine sense of warmth, just like being at home. They even offered complimentary luggage storage during check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. The only minor drawback was that the elevator wait times could be a bit long during peak check-in hours; I hope the hotel can optimize this aspect. However, overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu!

Regal Plaza Hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Chengdu East Railway Station, making it an excellent choice for a layover. The hotel feels grand and luxurious. While it may not be brand new, the style and decor are well-maintained and still feel quite contemporary. A definite highlight is how incredibly spacious the rooms are, complete with a massive bathtub. The rooms are also very quiet, which was a big plus.

For our trip to Chengdu, we specifically chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the train station. The elevator takes you down to B2, where an underground passage provides direct access to the train station, metro station, and bus terminal – incredibly convenient! Our room was quite spacious, and with kids, we could easily push the two beds together for a very comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and everything tasted delicious. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would definitely book here again on our next visit.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Chengdu East Railway Station. There's even a direct underground passage connecting it to the station's departure concourse. I chose this hotel for its sheer convenience, as I was taking a high-speed train from there for my trip to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. The rooms were sufficiently spacious, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. Overall, it offers good value for money. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel's in-house travel agency were very attentive and provided excellent service.
