With Metro Line 3 right downstairs, getting around is incredibly convenient. The area is also very quiet, guaranteeing a peaceful night's rest. Service: I particularly adored the young proprietress; she's so thoughtful and genuinely kind, always going the extra mile for her guests. They offer breakfast delivered right to your room, complimentary laundry service, and you even get to cuddle with cats! Different 'feline managers' are on duty daily to welcome you. My overall experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Amazing customer service proficient in Chinese and English! Upgraded our single rooms to double room for free and was welcoming for a late 1am check-in time. Very clean and modern rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff willing to make coffee for us each morning, free umbrellas, a small garden courtyard to wind down, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city but away from busy streets, tucked in near a temple and side street eateries yet only a 10 min taxi to popular attractions. One flaw: No designated car park for taxi. Have to walk 20 metres to a side street, not a big deal but please be aware as it might be hard to find. There is a sign but we didn’t notice at 1am haha. The location is great, and the decor is quite modern and fresh. The bedding and toiletries are pretty good, and the facilities are decent overall. However, the front desk service was quite slow. The reception area felt rather small and cramped, with just two tables, not particularly grand or welcoming. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but the quality is decent. The experience isn't great when it's crowded. On weekends, especially with wedding banquets, parking was a huge headache, and the lobby was incredibly noisy and chaotic! Perhaps the experience would be better when it's less crowded.
