Facilities: The gym would be perfect if it were 24-hour. Cleanliness: Spotless, no complaints there. Service: I had made a reservation in advance, but upon arrival, I had to discuss things before they would check me in. They did upgrade my room, which somewhat made up for the unpleasant and not-so-smooth communication.

The hotel is in a good location but the breakfast is very bad and when it’s busy you cannot even eat by yourself, children are constantly running around touching the food . The hotel should manage the breakfast and restaurants plus the check in better

The hotel is good but the person attending at the front desk wasn’t neither polite, nor understanding or helpful. Made me waste time and energy. I was so displeased and disappointed that I had to call her manager.

The room is big and also tries to be fairly clean although the room has a strange smell. The front desk service was great and fast. The environment and pool of the hotel is also good.

A little out of the way and require taxi to get to it but ammenerties made up for it. Great pool and close to ocean and good jogging track. Well priced but I was there out of season.. Would stay there again.
