The hotel room is modern and clean . The Nandanam metro station is about 10-15minutes by walking distance from the hotel. The roof top bar is very nice and serve good food.

An unforgettable stay with amazing cuisine and rooftop entertainment, Novotel on Chamiers Rd is a must see. • 8 min walk to Nandanam Metro 🚉 • Koox Japanese Rooftop Bar 🍸 • Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant • 10min drive to T-Nagar shopping district Stayed for 10 nights over the Independence Day weekend in August, and was very impressed by the hospitality and service of every staff member from the front of house to the room service, who did not hesitate to accommodate my every request. Koox Rooftop bar located at the terrace is a premier dining experience for any Japanese or Thai cuisine aficionados, the evening vibes had us coming back for more. A special mention to the Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant on the 1st Floor, Chef de Partie Amit and Restaurant Manager Nisarg went above and beyond to cater for every request at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay special: Reception Staff - Lucky Front of House - Krishna Gym Staff - Thiru 💪 Room Service - Santhosh And thank you to Mr Amit Gera, GM who kindly welcomed me to the Independence Day Flag Raising ceremony at the front of the Novotel. Room is great,clean. Good breakfast. Dining experience was not great due to influencers. But other than that,food was ok.

I enjoyed the stay very much. It was nice and pleasant. I recommend it to anyone who needs hustle free service.

There was construction noise in the morning that woke me up. I hope the hotel can schedule construction for the afternoon instead.

I was totally misguided by front desk team who wrongly understood me and gave me suites room but I had clearly mentioned that I dont need to upgrade from Premium Room to Suites room as I wanted to see first and will let him know next day. Finally i had to pay for Suites room since I stayed at Suites room without me knowing it was indeed suites room. Terrible customer service and will never stay at this hotel. Room view was not good at all and location also not great. No restaurants and shops nearby. so better avoid this hotel.

We were looking for hotels close the airport and found another Novotel at Chamiers. Beautiful interior and design. Clean room and bathroom. Reception staffs and housekeeping staffs were excellent in service. The location is perfect and closer to city centre. We are definitely returning to stay longer in the future. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Chennai 🙏

Good location good hotel recommend for who wanna stay in good quality

The check-in experience did not feel very welcoming. The front desk staff did not explain the hotel facilities until we asked, and they rarely smiled. However, the doorman provided very good service, and the location of the hotel is excellent.

Hotel was excellent and the service was good. However the breakfast spread was so limited with not much varieties. Was expecting some asian type flavours but ended up with only typically local Tamil Nadu food. Had lunch at the hotel restaurant, but was disappointed as quite a number of the item in the menu was not available. Also had to wait longer for the food to arrive. Apart for these two, all other services were good. Front desk staff were courteous and kind.

My parent had a positive experience at Novotel Chennai. The service was excellent, and the hotel was comfortable. I would recommend it to other travelers.
