Good location, easy access to Chester town centre. Clean and tidy, shame about the limited parking which was even more limited due to builders skips occupying some of the spaces!!

Been many times to this hotel we like the service and staff also breakfast is served to your table in the morning which is a plus. Also It is 5 minutes walk to the shops

First problem was that the address was incorrect. It showed Grosvenor Park Street which is about 3/4 mile away. It is in Grasvenor street in the HQ building. Another issue was lack of information in the room particularly breakfast times.

Hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the city centre.
The hotel was clean and carpets were being replaced in the corridors and rooms.
Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on the 5th floor we're both good.
