Nice clean room with all the needed appliances. Has parking. The room is cleaned every day and fresh water is also provided daily. Not so varied but delicious breakfast included.
The location is ok if you have a car/motorbike or you like walking. It took us 15 minutes by foot to get to the Central Chiangmai shopping center and 25 minutes to get to the Night Market.

I really like it. Near the drug store, near the mall, near the market, near 7-Eleven, near restaurants, close to everything. The room is reasonable for the price.
