房間和服務都很好，就是早餐太一言難盡了，早餐在一個對外的小餐館裏麪，種類少，用餐環境也很窄。早餐有兩個素菜，西紅柿炒雞蛋和炒包菜。還有吐司麪包片棗糕，還有包子，煎雞蛋，還有現煮的麪條和餛飩，不過需要自己煮。飲品有牛奶豆漿，咖啡和奶茶都是沏的，基本上就這幾樣。雖然不是特別貴的酒店，但是早餐水平和檔次實在不匹配。同價位的漢庭早餐比這好太多了，希望能改進早餐。

這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象 從服務到設施都非常出色 設計非常現代化舒適 工作人員服務非常友好熱情 出入前台都會面帶微笑問好 餐廳的食物非常美味 樣式很多 位置也很優越 距離高鐵站與汽車站都很近 酒店大堂還有特色的蒙古奶茶 進到酒店大堂的第一感覺就是熱情和映入眼簾的衞生乾淨 到赤峯首選如家商旅 讓人很舒心

設施：硬件設施齊全，一樓大廳還有咖啡和茶，以及小零食，三樓有洗衣間。
衞生：非常好，每日打掃非常乾淨，並且能夠及時補充消耗品，客房部的工作人員非常好。
環境：周圍環境不錯，距離高鐵站非常近，周圍都是超市和飯店，門口都是停車位。
服務：我整個行程入住三晚，除卻辦理入住時的那位女士，其他的前台（男士）都非常好，男士工作人員非常有禮貌，值得老闆表揚。
我當晚九點左右才辦理入住，女前台非讓我給攜程打電話退單並且辦理如家會員，還騙我説會員才享受14點退房（我事後查詢攜程，我不用會員也是14點退房），還説住3天會員便宜（其實總價的話，我的攜程便宜，因為純會費就168元），我再三拒絕後，仍然試圖讓我退單攜程，導致辦理入住十分緩慢。晚上九點，我帶個孩子，遭遇這種酒店，真的太糟心了。

還是非常不錯的。當天去的比較晚，服務員很熱情。房間非常舒適，寬敞明亮，而且酒店距離火車站很近，門口也有機場大巴站點，整個屋子也是比較温暖的，非常好，下次到赤峯還是首選這家酒店。

因為第二天火車，住在這裏比較方便。房間還挺大的，馬桶蓋壞了，還把我的腳砸了。入住的時候前台告知了馬桶蓋是壞的，也沒有其他房間可以換，為此送了我2份早餐。但是我覺得還是應該儘快維修，以免影響後面客人使用，還挺危險的。早餐很一般，不少東西都冷了。旁邊有KFC，點外賣比較方便。
