The hotel location is accessible n convenient. There is a convenient store next to it. Free cold fruit water n tea daily in the lobby. The counter staff is kind enough to let us check in early. The room is spacious and aircond in the room is fantastic. However there is not much view from the hotel room. The corridor outside the hotel room is warm and has no air conditioning. Otherwise everything is fantastic. Good bed good mattress and good pillows. Comfy to stay in.

Worth it for the price pay. overall great stay with good selection for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in chongqing

Atour hotel, though a local brand, was surprisingly an excellent hotel, with great cleanliness, good breakfast, superb bed with comfortable pillow. Overall this hotel is highly recommended. However, there's only 1 setback : 2 lifts serving hotel guests are just insufficient. Lift motion is slow. There's long queue during peak hours which can be frustrating. What made it worst is that the 2 lifts were also used by staff moving large trolley of rooms items where a staff service lift is usually being used in other hotel not under the eyes of guests. Even the robot also using the same 2 lifts. Management should seriously looks into this to improve the situation. Thank you. Rgds / Allan Chew

The hotel is clean and smells nice the moment we step into the hotel, check in is smooth with complimentary drink. Every staff greeted us with a friendly smile every time they see us. Breakfast is good with varieties of local food. The hotel allow us early check in & their check out time is 2pm, which is a plus point. Location is good with walkable 5mins distance to nearest train station. The staff even prepared a surprise gifts for us when we check out, thumbs up for the good service.

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel the attention to detail - the warm yellow lights and floors, the atmosphere was full, and the front desk staff took the initiative to offer tea to welcome me, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. The room was even more of a surprise: the mattress was moderately soft and hard, the distinctive nude cotton warm yellow four-piece set, the floor-to-ceiling windows had a wide view, and you could overlook the city night view; the bathroom had a reasonable design of dry and wet separation, and the large bottles of toiletries were natural plant fragrances, which were very comfortable to use. The most thoughtful thing was that the bedside was equipped with a wireless charging plate and multi-specification sockets, which was very friendly to me who couldn't leave my phone! The breakfast variety was so rich that it was difficult to choose: freshly baked bread and pastries, freshly squeezed soy milk and health porridge, and even the presentation was exquisite. When checking out, the front desk also gave me local specialty souvenirs, and the whole process made people feel the warmth of home. I strongly recommend this to all friends who pursue quality and service, and I will choose this one next time I come here!

This is a very very nice hotel. The location is a bit of walk, but there is a simple transport to send you to and from hotel. Hotel service was excellent. The facility was great also, I was surprise to see that they have washing machine with Heater dryer. Too bad, we were only doing a simple transit at the HSR, if not will stay more day. Good job.

The location is nearby Jiefangbei shopping district, guotai art center, kuixinglu (all walking distance), room view is Hongyadong. The breakfast options are various and delicious especially xiao mian and mala chicken. It also provides free self laundry. Plus point is free porridge and dimsum on the evenings. The only issue is we need to walk a bit to find taxi/DiDi because there is gate and the car cannot access at the hotel lobby.

The room was clean and tidy, quiet at night, the bedding was comfortable, and the pillow was the kind of memory pillow that would slowly rebound after being pressed, so you could sleep until dawn. There were also earplugs on the bedside table, which solved the sleeping problem for my family who were troubled by snoring. There were both Chinese and Western breakfasts, and I was impressed that there were two neatly arranged condiments, which should be eaten with tofu pudding, but I didn't try it because I can't eat soy products. In short, it's worth staying when traveling!

Hygiene: The room is very clean and tidy Facilities: The facilities are modern and advanced, the hair dryer is high-end, and the smart toilet is easy to use. Environment: Very close to Daping Station on Line 2, a 5-minute walk, and convenient transportation. If you are a light sleeper, choose a room not facing the road as it is very quiet. Service: The service is very enthusiastic, has a good attitude, and responds to all requests. Late-night porridge arrives: From 9:30 to 11:00 p.m., there are porridge, steamed buns, steamed buns and other late-night snacks, which is quite good.

Big room, location great for us with lots of restaurants and bars nearby along with big modern shopping mall. The staff were really nice and service focused and having the laundry was great for longer stay. The shower was really strong but unfortunately for 3 out of the 6 nights there was a problem with the hot water. Despite this, I’d still recommend the hotel when the water temperature is more reliable.
