The hotel staff has an excellent attitude. I added the front desk on WeChat, and whenever I needed supplies for my room, I'd send a message and someone would respond immediately. The efficiency was incredible! The hotel also has a self-service laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes right away, so you don't have to hang them in your room. It's really convenient for long business trips where you need to do laundry frequently. The room itself is spacious, with plenty of heating, and the comforter is soft and comfortable, so I slept very well. They even have a delivery robot that brings your takeout right to your door, which is super convenient. Plus, there's free parking downstairs. It's truly fantastic!

We went there on the 29th day of the twelfth ***** month and returned on the 6th day of the first ***** month. We booked 4 days first and renewed for 3 days. The stay was very comfortable, high-tech, Xiaodu Xiaodu service was good, hot water was available in seconds, and breakfast was rich starting on the 3rd day of the first ***** month. On the morning of the 5th day of the first ***** month, someone was smoking, and the fire alarm went off, asking us to evacuate. It was a scare, so we called the front desk and it was a false alarm. The pillow was really comfortable, I really wanted to buy one to take home. There are many delicious foods around, convenient travel, and close to all attractions. A small gift was given when I left the hotel. I will choose to stay here again when I go to Chongqing in the future.

MmongolismThe ladies at the front desk were all wonderful. They added me on WeChat beforehand to give me the hotel's exact location, photos, and detailed directions, making it easy to find. They even escorted guests to their rooms and offered tips on what to avoid in the area, plus recommended many great places to eat. The hotel is located in a rather upscale apartment building with a pleasant environment. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and the furniture and decor details were excellent. I was originally going to give a five-star review, but the soundproofing of the windows and doors was a bit poor, so I'm deducting one star. I was woken up in the middle of the night by the loud chatter of late-returning guests and in the morning by the traffic and honking downstairs (I'm a light sleeper and brought my own earplugs). I'd suggest adding some basic cutlery to the kitchen.

XXiaodongwu123This is a new hotel, very clean inside, and the bathroom and toilet are separate (wet and dry areas). It's just a few minutes' walk from Hongyadong, and there are lots of local snacks around the hotel. All rooms are on higher floors, offering good views. I especially recommend the hotel's breakfast; it has a great variety, and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

DD11619****The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to transportation. The room's layout is well-proportioned and smartly partitioned, offering good privacy. I booked a garden view room and was delighted to catch the sunrise from it in the mornings.
After making the reservation, the guest services team proactively reached out to me, meticulously inquiring about my check-in preferences and even arranging pillows precisely to my liking.
The concierge service was incredibly thorough and helpful, assisting with luggage and parking. The front desk staff were also very considerate; when our room wasn't quite ready at check-in, they thoughtfully ushered us to the lobby lounge to wait and even provided complimentary beverages.
Breakfast was extensive and delicious. If you're fortunate enough to snag a window seat, you can enjoy a lovely outdoor view and perhaps spot some birds through the glass.
The room's minibar was well-stocked, not just with soft drinks, but also with unique Chongqing local snacks. A capsule coffee machine was provided, along with the thoughtful addition of disposable coffee cups.
Room amenities were ample, and they even offered a personalized bath menu. I opted for the lemon bath, which included fresh lemon slices and salt – I regret forgetting to take a picture!

The room facilities are all smart, and there's a large-screen projector. Watching a movie with late-night snacks at night is simply wonderful!
The location is also great! Just a short walk downstairs and a turn, and you're at Jiefangbei. Luohan Temple and the Yangtze River Cableway are within walking distance. After exploring Hongyadong at night, it's just a few steps back to the hotel for a rest. 😴

YYouaremysunshineReally nice hotel, new and very plush. Decor of hotel and rooms are very nice. Room was so large with many comfortable places to sit, nice looking out windows. Bed was little bit hard for us but ok. Linen is nice, towels nice, good shower, great amenities. Cleanliness was perfect, the cleaner was very friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful and proactive through messaging service in English. Nice having fresh fruit that was replaced daily. Breakfast was good with some options freshly cooked to order. Afternoon tea inclusions great but would be good to have some savoury options or alternate the sweets given. Would be good to have more information on English about bar or wine options. Room was very quiet. Location is great and central to get cabs around, just have to walk some steps from taxi but not far and they carry luggage but I feel sorry for the guy who has to carry them up and down the stairs. The place is really nice with a lot of character and very plush and comfortable and I would stay here again for sure. It’s much nicer than the very big hotel chains as there are only small number of rooms.

MM222061****This stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hotel's location is excellent, with views of Chaotianmen and the Yangtze River Bridge right from the window. It's also very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. Transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right at the doorstep, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The bedding, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserHotel is in a great location, surrounded with malls, eateries and subway. I had requested for a quiet room and was upgraded to a corner room at 11th floor. Due to the proximity to the walking street, I could still hear the bustling street noise at my room. Fortunately all of these goes away after midnight. The upgraded room is big and spacious, very clean, 2 bottles of water are replenish everyday, strong hot water pressure for showers, shower gel, shampoo, smart toilet bowl and big TCL 55” TV.

PPK WoutersLarge well appointed two bedroom apartment with washer dryer and small kitchen and nice living room with large TV (only Chinese stations). What we liked: the location (right near pedestrian street), the space in the rooms was good, the rooms were clean. Good bathroom with a large jacuzzi bathtub and a good shower with jets. When we arrived they said it would take some time at night to get hot water for a bath - it tool 15 minutes running the tap but finally got water and good bath. Good towels. Good bed linens. Did a load of laundry which took some time, as it was washer dryer. There was good response by WeChat for anything we needed. What we didn't like - we were there the week they stopped the air conditioning for regular servicing so there was no cool or hot air - we were a bit cold so asked for an extra quilt, provided quickly. The 270° view from one bedroom was good but we were on 11th floor so not a spectacular view. Would ask for higher floor next time. The windows opened but it was cool so we didn't leave them open. You could hear some street noise. Overall however the apartment was quiet and the halls empty and large and clean. Sometimes you could smell smoke in the halls. We paid extra for breakfast which was mostly Chinese fare. It was good and nice open eating area nicely decorated with windows. We would stay here again but aka for higher floor.

The service provided by the hotel staff was the initial highlight of this wonderful experience. The front desk and concierge teams, in particular, greeted us with such warmth and proactiveness, instantly easing any apprehension a traveler might feel upon arriving in an unfamiliar city. During check-in, the front desk staff patiently and thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions, even recommending niche yet authentic Chongqing eateries based on our travel preferences. The concierge team truly acted as 'walking Chongqing guides.' One young lady proactively offered to help us with our large luggage, and they were always quick to respond to our needs, making every guest feel like family with their professionalism and enthusiasm.
