衞生：整潔，還算乾淨，有些位置灰塵較多，地毯臟。樓道不是很乾凈。
設施：齊全。小型波輪洗衣機、熱水器不錯，電吹風較差、振手。飄窗沙發很好。
環境：交通便利，附近餐館多。
服務：微信入住，密碼鎖，退房便捷。送瓶裝水。

公寓式酒店，房間有些老舊，房間裏總體還可以，東西齊全，冰箱洗衣機啥的都有，衞生過得去，就是房間分的比較散，好幾個樓層，對於住宿環境要求不高的可以考慮
