I had an amazing overnight stay at Novotel for a flight transfer. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the airport pickup service was incredibly convenient. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff, especially Fiona at the front counter. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service. She is a real asset to your team. I will definitely choose Novotel for my future transfers.

I had a wonderful experience at the INDITION. The location was perfect and very close to everything I wanted to see and do, which made getting around really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere overall was very welcoming. A special shoutout to DiDi, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend booking this hotel if you’re visiting the area.

Location is good, away from the hustle bustle; less than 10mins mostly downhill walk towards Quanyin Bridge Pedestrian Street. 5 mins walk to Starlight68 Shopping Mall. The staff was very friendly, we were given a goodie bag filled with Chongqing food products as we checked out. Bathtub on the smaller side but with an amazing view. Definitely will come back again!

An amazing stay! The hotel is located in the heart of Guanyinqiao Walking Street, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!

Staying at the High-Altitude Panoramic Hotel was a fantastic experience. My room was on a very high floor and was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area is bustling with hotpot restaurants, escape rooms, and bars. Plus, you can even get food delivered right to your room! For extended stays, a housekeeper would ask daily if I wanted my room cleaned, which was a nice touch. Communication during my stay was also very convenient, as I could easily get in touch via WeChat for any needs.

We stayed for one night, bathtub in the room was quite ok, my kid liked it very much. But it may not be fit if you are tall

Chongqing summers are scorching, but this hotel ensured we stayed cool and worry-free. I will definitely stay here again next time!

Very friendly staff and great customer service! My 75 years old mum checked in at 2:00 am in the morning and very happy to stay there. Thank you for your kindness and assistance. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport; T2 is even nearer, and T3 is just about a ten-minute drive away. They offer a 24-hour airport shuttle service, with many drivers working in shifts and a good fleet of vehicles. The driver who picked me up at night was very friendly; we chatted a bit, and she shared that their manager acknowledges the hotel is older but believes their service truly makes a difference. She seemed genuinely happy throughout, and I felt the same way – I will definitely stay here again. This hotel is excellent. They honestly don't need to call guests asking for good reviews; when a hotel is run with such dedication, guests will surely notice it.

Seriously, everyone, you won't believe it! This birthday, I stayed in the Hello Kitty themed room at Hengyue Huasong Hotel, and I was completely swept off my feet! The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a breathtaking vision of pink and Hello Kitty decor – my inner child's dream came true, and I was utterly smitten. The super-sized Kitty plushie on the bed was so plush, perfect for atmospheric photos. And the oversized pink roses in the room were totally my jam, hitting all the right girly notes. Paired with the candles setting the perfect mood, every single photo I took turned out beautifully. The bedding was soft and comfortable; sleeping there, I literally felt like a little princess 👸. And the cherry on top? The staff had arranged gorgeous drinks that were incredibly photogenic! The entire room was bursting with thoughtful details, from the wall decorations to the small ornaments – everything was so meticulously chosen. There were so many Instagrammable spots, making the birthday ambiance absolutely perfect. It's definitely my number one recommendation for a birthday getaway! The hotel staff provided incredibly thoughtful service; check-in and check-out were super efficient, and all my requests were met promptly.
