Location: Super easy to find! It's a straight walk from Exit 2 of Linjiangmen Station, then just a few steps to the hotel elevator. Especially in this sweltering summer heat, being so close to the subway exit is a lifesaver. It's less than a 5-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. 👍 Service: The front desk attendant was incredibly friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Facilities: Spotlessly clean. The washbasin being located outside the bathroom is a thoughtful touch, making it super convenient for washing hands after eating takeout. They also offer a free laundry room with washers, dryers, and a drying rack – a huge plus for guests staying for several days, as it means you don't have to pack so many clothes. I enjoyed this hotel very much. At first I was concerned about the lobby renovations on the first floor because the ‘front desk’ on the 4th floor was quite cluttered. However, the room was exactly like the photos and nicely cleaned. The view left me in awe! The day of checkin I left my purse in the taxi and the front desk clerks were extremely HELPFUL. They spoke with the driver and helped me to reclaim my bag. The service was 10/10. The hotel is nearby a beautiful pedestrian street and I enjoyed shopping, eating, and the sights. I would stay here again!

Location is good. Hotel lobby on level 25 is tastefully decorated and has nice views. Fay and counter staff provided good service. Ben is enthusiastic and has good attitude/service. They are all working towards providing quality service to guests (though I did not manage to get all their names). Keep up the good work!
