服務太差了。給前台打電話沒人接，下去找也沒人。等了好久。也不見人。我都不知道酒店招的都是些什麼人，沒有一點職業精神。酒店彙報顧客的設施跟實際情況不符，洗澡熱水都沒有，太氣人了！
