The hotel is 5 minutes away from the double bay, and it is most convenient to take an hourly boat from the circular pier. The rooms are tidy and the staff service is very good. The swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel is very nice and suitable for children to play in the water. Parents can relax with a drink in the cafe next to it. The hotel’s self-service western breakfast is very good. There are not many types of hot food, but the taste is very good. There are many choices of bread, milk, and fruits.
The overall cp value is very high and I am very satisfied.
Great cheap and small place. Enough place to accommodate a family with kids. Everything is clean and neat and tidy. Breakfast is simple and full of carbs 😉 bread and muesli. Thanks for the milk and hospital type jam and butter.
Parking is tough but I did manage to squeeze my jolion in there. Saw a big car struggling.

Located in an old bank, this boutique hotel offers comfortable, clean, yet small rooms. Conveniently located in Paddington, a bus ride away from the CBD and Bondi. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Even though breakfast is not included, there are enough complimentary items to have a free breakfast. This is a nice little hotel and we had a good stay there.
Really enjoyed our stay at De Vere's. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything you want to see in Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point, King's Cross and Darlinghurst. Close enough for a day's walk taking in Elizabeth Bay House, The Art Gallery of NSW and the Opera House.
Welcome to Palm View Collective's exceptional offering in the iconic Grandview building, a 1930s Art Deco gem nestled in the heart of Elizabeth Bay, one of Inner Sydney's most coveted neighbourhoods.
Experience unparalleled city living with breathtaking views directly at the waterfront. For a truly unique arrival, opt for a water taxi and let our concierge service cater to your every need. Enjoy an oasis of tranquillity and privacy, all while being at the heart of Sydney.
Perfectly fine hotel to stay in and good location right off the main strip. Checking in after hours was a bit difficult and I needed to call a number and go through quite a bit of stuff to get the access code but once I was in there the room was a decent size and clean and nice. I’d stay here again because of the location.
The hotel has cooking facilities, so cooking your own meals reduces travel costs.
