The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and checked me in early from my morning flight. They are also arranged a cab for my early 6am flight out. The room was spacious but felt like a lived in apartment. The gym was functional and the basketball court was fun but covered in sand. The hotel location was close enough to the beach madness without feeling like you were always in the holiday mess of tourists shops and stuff.
I'm very satisfied with the hotel. I like ocean view and balcony. Before I checked out, the attendant told me my 200AUD deposit will refund to my bank account in 10 business days. Now I'm waiting that money.
Called the hotel to advise of our late check in. Had been driving 16 hours and had a snappy receptionist check me in. The process was unusually long and was not given any information of carparking or breakfast (which was included). The girl at the reception failed to provide basic information on the hotel such as wifi, carpark, breakfast and amenities. This was just before 1am so I decided to let it slide. At about 2am, I rang to ask for toothbrush kit and shower cap and she had come up to the room and said that there’s no toothbrush kit and to go to the convenience store where it will be cheaper for me. Now I’m confused, what an odd comment to make, I didn’t realise I needed the cheaper option but okay. I then advised her that I had food being delivered and requested if she could bring it up to the room. She said yes of course and advised me to inform the delivery driver to drop it off at reception to her. I did exactly that and received a call minutes later, asking me to come down to pick it up. Clearly, I’m confused as we literally had this conversation less than 10 minutes prior. She asked me to come down and when I asked if she could bring it up as discussed, she asked me if I was about to take a shower. I said as a matter of fact, it is and then she said yeah well you have to come down. At this point I’m beyond irritated because firstly, what a bloody odd question to ask a guest at 2am in the morning. I went down and got it myself, have no issues with doing that but definitely have an issue when I was advised otherwise and then met with such poor service. Been to so many hotels and have had no issues, first time experiencing such poor customer service, unprofessionalism and attitude from what was meant to be a warm and friendly reception staff. Next day, staff were great and breakfast was adequate with the basic breakfast variety.

Great stay! Perfect for kids and adults alike with the choice of both the pool and ocean. Just wish I had booked the sea view. I couldn’t fault the service especially when addressing an issue with our parking.
Top location, convenient to go anywhere! My room faces west, mainly looking at the lake view, beautiful! The sea view can also be seen from the balcony. There is no intrusion of the crazy sea breeze, you can play leisurely on the balcony! Although the room equipment is old but very clean; The supplies provided were relatively small, but they were sufficient.
It must be complained that the resort has a sea view coast, and there are bars nearby. Young people are crazy to play. In the middle of the night, they are revelling downstairs, especially on weekends, basically screaming all night... I used earplugs and it was difficult to sleep. The sound insulation of the hotel windows is too bad.
The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from the coastal beach. We booked the two-bedroom and one-washroom and gave the 27th floor of the tower3. Every room and living room can see the sea view, which is very good. Downstairs is the supermarket, there are many restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is just across the road from the hotel. It is very convenient. Kitchen utensils are readily available and it is convenient to cook for yourself. The only downside is that the toilet is not well ventilated.
The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities, cooking utensils and tableware, and even plastic wrap and baking paper. Free parking is provided and you can directly reach the beach, which is very suitable for personal travel. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the core scenic area, and less than 5 minutes to the train station, which is very convenient.
Surfers Paradise is known for its sandy white beaches and thriving dining, shopping and entertainment scene, which is all just a stone's throw away from the resort. The hardest part about your holiday will be deciding whether to spend your afternoon lazing on the beach, strolling around the shops, or enjoying a long lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. Choose from 1, 2 or 3 Bedroom Apartments, all fully self-contained with large balconies to relax and unwind.
It was a cozy place to stay in. Room is clean and spacious even if you have lots of luggages. Loved the mini kitchen/dining, very aesthetic. Although the sink is quite small, especially if you're washing the utensils but, still manageable 😉. Tram station is just a few steps away, going to and from to other places is not an issue.

Excellent
GGuest UserModerate room with everything nearby, the pool is especially nice & Japanese restaurant is a must try
NNic EistirThe location is unbeatable. Staying inside means you can save up the hassle of going up to the 72/F lookout. It is 2 blocks from the busiest area of Surfers’ Paradise which means it is convenient yet quiet enough. The view from the room is gorgeous. Free parking is available.
The only problem we encountered was I was being charged $10 extra for asking for a replacement set of bedsheets as they were dirty. I reflected this to the manager upon check out but wasn’t addressed. I will give a 4 out of 5 for my stay with families here.
TThe traveler PhillipIt is a conveniently located and comfortable accommodation. The quality of the breakfast buffet was excellent, and it was very cozy and ideal for staying with family.
PPenguinOnTheMoveAmazing views! Staff were very helpful. Great location, so easy to get around.
They moved us to a bigger room when we needed to add an extra bed.
Definitely staying here again when I’m back in Surfer’s Paradise.
GGuest UserThis is my second stay. It should be the best hotel (apartment) in Surfers Paradise. Generally, apartments are cleaned every three days, but Soul cleans every day. The location is very good. Just downstairs and across the road is the beach. There are many restaurants around, which is convenient for dining. The room is very large and spacious, very suitable for family travel. I will choose Soul again next time. It's really great!
GGLGLConvenient location directly connected to shopping mall with a supermarket at the basement and direct link via the shopping mall to the beach. Hotel is a bit worn out but still serviceable, only problems are lights are not bright enough and there is only rain shower and no shower head for the bathroom.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a superb ocean view and is conveniently located along the stretch of Surfers Paradise. Staff are also friendly and attentive to our requests.
GGuest UserLocation is near to surfer paradise north tram station. Nice ocean view. 1 aircon was leaking, the other aircon had noises. Housekeeping didn't turn up, we stayed for 7 nights. Dish washing detergent and sponge were not provided, we are unable to wash utensils at the kitchen. The dishwasher does not get the utensils clean...
Ccarolina henglerThe hotel is really old. Even when it is clean, looks like dirty, because it is too old. The wall are not sound proof, so I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything outsite. It is like there was no wall.
Also there is a huge proble of humidity in the apartment. When I arrive in the afternoon at the ap, the floor was weat from humidity.
LLittle Bear 29Excellent service at this hotel, and loved getting the text offering a cheaper 3rd day stay, took them up on offer, very happy and would stay here again. Only one street over from light rail stop and even nearer to bus stop.
