1. When I entered the restaurant, there were still open glass beer bottles in the refrigerator.
2. Five days into my stay, I reminded them but they didn’t take it.
3. I am not very willing to answer customer service calls. I often can't be contacted when I need something.
4. The quality of the hair dryer is not high
5. The sink is prone to water accumulation
6. The ceiling light has spider silk
The rest of the accommodation is quite comfortable and the environment is good

The hotel is located next to Antwerp Central Station, making it convenient for traveling to Brussels and surrounding cities. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and it is not too far to walk to the Grand Place of the Town Hall and Steen Castle.
The service from the front desk staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms are newly renovated and very neat and clean. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and it is very close to the church. It is worth visiting again.

The location is close to the station and there are many places to eat nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. There is a hair dryer, iron, coffee pot, etc. in the room, and you can stay comfortably for 3 days.
We booked a night. Location was good. Very beautiful hotel, clean modern room with beautiful view. Pool/Sauna facilities such as towels etc were good. Parking was free. We will surely come back.
Tip(minpoint): Sometimes it is useful to have a ventilator for guests who want to use it in winter. It was just a little too hot in the room around the air-conditioning at 18.
Pros:
- decent location; about 7mins walk from the Antwerp Centraal, and 2mins from Flixbus busstop, though in a relatively quiet corner.
- they have a small common dining area on the ground floor with microwave, fridge, kettle and vending machines selling snacks and coffee. the coffee machine needs some upkeeping though, and the snacks vending machine was done during our period of stay.
Cons:
- if you stay on the lower level floors be prepared to keep your curtains closed - the whole room can be seen clearly from outside the hotel.
- room has everything you need but can't help feeling like it's hollow, barren and empty; there's barely any interior works done to the room.
- no kettle in the room and you will need to deposit 10euros to borrow one.
A quick & easy 6-min walk from the Centraal Train Station, and another comfortable 12-min walk to the Cathedral and the main square. Very central. I didn't need a bus ride during my visit. Hotel staff very kind---the tall white man at the Reception (the name of whom I forgot to ask) was very kind and helpful, helping me solve all the problems smoothly. The lady at the Reception was also very kind, giving me my room before the check-in time, because the room happened to have been available at the time. The room had everything as promised. All perfect! What a delightful stay! Highly recommended!

Best place to stay as solo travelers! Beautiful decor, a bit far from city center but very convenient to take a direct tram which is about 15-20mins. Would love to stay here again!
No extra bed available. Good location, close to all attractions. The room is small, but this is a common problem in European hotels. Suitable for children and children. Did not drive, it is not clear whether there is parking

TTRAVEL DEVILThe Hampton by Hilton Antwerp Central Station offers a convenient and comfortable stay. Its prime location near the central station provides easy access to local attractions. The modern rooms are well-equipped and maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. The complimentary breakfast buffet provides a satisfying start to the day. The attentive staff members are friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests have noted limited space in the rooms and occasional noise from the surrounding area. Overall, it remains a favorable choice for travelers seeking a well-located, affordable accommodation option in Antwerp.
RRicardo The TravellerAmazing stays!
Very unique design of the hotel interior!
Good location, jst few steps to the Main Station direct acess from Antwerp to Bru Airport
GGuest UserThe hotel is renovated, look at the kitchen is well equipped, with oven, dishwasher, cutlery, induction cooker, refrigerator, kettle, etc., and there is a dining table, the family cook a light meal, and then together, is the most suitable however of.
The sheets were clean, the mattress was comfortable, and there were slippers. I was really satisfied.
Ppieter jantogether with a group of friends we stayed 3 nights in this hotel. we had booked 2 comfort rooms with a view of the green park. great beds, great shower and a beautiful view. Rooms were clean, of course there were signs of wear on the carpet. shower very clean and every day the room was cleaned and, very important to us, the bath towels replaced. Friendly service at the bar, but the beers were well priced. we only did this once. hotel is very centrally located: everything is within walking distance!
all in all a very successful visit to Antwerp and a nice hotel!
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location
in the middle of the shopping center
easy to reach by car / public transport
hotel is neat and clean
Bathroom was in a slightly worse condition
shower drain overflowed causing the water to run out of the shower / bathroom we had to dry this with all the towels that were present.
the water steams under the sealant edges of the shower wall.
unfortunately the shower head was white with limescale and the hairdryer / hair dryer did not work.
otherwise it is a neat room very clean and the beds are good!
it is a pity that it was not mentioned that the well-stocked minibar was not included and that we only found a small card in a drawer the next morning with the prices on it that are incredibly high priced for the products
parking was also apparently not free €25 per day
this was not mentioned at the reception unfortunately
GGuest UserSuper General manager, Super hosts,
I would definitely book this hotel again and again if the service and terms would be the same.
Central located, check-in procedure was easy.
Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :)
Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon.
Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud.
Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.
AAnonymous UserSmall, clean, affordable hotel located next to Central station. The room was basic but cute and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We had a double bed with a twin bed bunk bed above which was perfect for our family of 3. There’s soap and towels, but no shampoo, hairdryer, kettle, or aircon. The window opens only a few inches, unless you get them to unlock it. We brought a portable fan, so that helped on such a warm day. There’s a Lidl supermarket next door and a cafe a block away. A couple blocks away is the diamond district with an interesting mixture of Hasidic Jews and middle eastern Muslim immigrants. The city is very walkable from here. From the station, the Meir is about 10 minutes walk and the Grote Markt is about 20 minutes.
AAnonymous UserA lot of hairs from a man , that probably shaved in the shower were in the top part of the shower , the bed is not comfortable the pillows even worse but the rest was ok. This is a last minute hotel nothing more
CCindyThe location was perfect for us. There were the train station, metro lines and buses just next to the hotel.
The room was spacious.
Beside that, our room was not really clean... We found paper on the floor when we entered the bedroom upstairs, the cups and mugs were dirty (there was dried toothpaste at the bottom of them) and the cap of the bottle of water, which was complementary, was apparently rust since the top of the glass bottle was all red/black.
It's convenient for 1 night or 2 but I wouldn't stay longer.
